As name says, outsouring companies and back office set up of few well known financial institutions are operating in DOC.

Dubai Outsource city is a purposefully built community to host businesses and startups with state of the art facilities. The good thing is that its more peaceful and economical but it is almost 30 minutes drive from nucleus of Dubai

Peaceful business environment. 15mins away from the Airport and multi cuisine restaurants available within 5-7mins drive

There arent any shops to buy food

Nice wide green with water fountain. A lot of businesses inside

Its amazing when you are in Dubai ,somewhat and somehow you got to learn, experience or see something new in #mydubai . I went to this newly what I came across is the #dubaioutsourcezone with all banks and commercial offices at one place . In the middle of it I came across this beautiful landscape which I couldnt resist of taking pictures. I as a #googlelocalguide love taking pictures which mesmerized me and I think its worth of adorable colours to capture as memory.

The best area to apply for a job with outsourcing call centre companies but the transportation super hard and long time to reach there.

Nice city close to Dubai academy city and few kilometer from Dubai silicon oasis, nicely designed city.Best place for banking sectors and other business aspirants selecting Dubai as place for their business activities due to lot of facilities from Dubai government during the new business set in such zones/ city.

Companies like ADCB, Air India, Axa, mashreq, HSBC here. Work ambience is nice. Not much restaurants around. Madeena restaurant close by. No metro stations near by. Need to depend on rta bus, taxi, private vehicles. Small fountain and walkway outside every building with seating and smoking area.

Beautifully designed like a resort. Has food court and coffee shops. Ample parking at aed2 per hour. Free parking on roadside is practically unavailable.

A great self sufficient city away from Dubai but not much to see here so unless your passing by, wouldnt recommend it

Lost in the middle of nowhere with camels on the other side of the road, youll find a number of low-rise shining buildings around a small pond and man-made river. The main downsides of this working hub are location (pretty far from everything) and parking (parking in a soft sand plot). Nothing outstanding but not bad either. Part of TECOM / Creative Cluster freezone.

A massive hub outside the city for banks back office,operations technology and service personnel. But, there is a huge dearth of good food joints and proper parking

Its a great place for work and has very well designed buildings. The environment of this place is always a good way to take some time off your busy schedule and just relax. The only issue is that if you prefer to order food from anywhere outside of this area, it is difficult to get the food as well as get it on time, as many delivery guys get confused and may get delayed

If you are new to Dubai and looking for a job, this is the best place to start from. Over 5 Outsource call centers and several other main land companies. Just print out your resume, get there at 10:00 AM and drop a copy at each reception. If you are lucky, you might even find ongoing walk-in interviews at some Contact Centers. Good start up location to socialize with employees and expand your network.

Well planned city. Bus service too available every 30mi Utes to city. A metro could have been more convenient.

Great community although still developing and too far. The green areas, small artificial rivers between the building is giving a warm feeling while taking a break. It just needs some more options for lunch - restaurants and cafes are too limited around here.

Its an office complex with beautiful landscaping with fountains, brick bridges and gardens to walk. It has a minimart, coffee shop and couple of restaurants.

Little away from the city. Good for someone with a vehicle. Otherwise will have to rely on the two busses which provide services till here. Taxis are less. There are lot of accommodation areas also. No Hypermarket nearby, have to rely on grocery and supermarkets in the locality.

The best place for walking and you have a park near by and it helps you to calm down and get relaxed.
