Well coordinated and organized. Easy access and entry which makes it a well constructed building plan. Consists of various offices and dedicated elevators.

More easimy to reach this building because located nearby Metro station (Walkable distance). If you using car then it will Difficult to get parking around this building. Elevators in this building too slow especially morning and evening you have to wait for more than 10minutes to reach your destination in this building.

Very nice place. Parking hard to find but the metro is next door. nice views

Nice Reception. Lifts are more. But all lifts access all floors. This could be limited to have better service as while exiting you have to wait for Lift.

Easy access from Metro. Hot location at Sheik Zayed Road. Only issues is parking since it used to be a busy road with compilation of many hotels and restaurants.
