Obe of the beautiful office space in Dubai. All auditers of E&Y sit there. Many business houses have office there. Most amazing thing is you will have Lebanese resturant adjacent to the building.

Clean and efficient. the lifts are fast. they have a HSBC bank and Wendys within the building which is good

Only issue is parking but its available if not a peak timeoffices are spacious and rent are cheap compare to othersthere are beautiful restaurant available inside the building for total privacy meetings

I usually visit this tower in the Dubai financial district when going to the bank (HSBC which has recently been closed) or having lunch at one of their restaurants - Wendys or Shakespeare and co. My last visit surprises me negatively since the bathrooms on the ground floor were closed down for refurbishment which has left all restaurants guests without a WC...
