Overpriced space with limited benefits. The phone booths here are not soundproof and the doors don’t even close properly. They’re also rarely available. It’s also ridiculous that you have to pay to use meeting rooms even when you pay a high monthly rate for a tiny office space. Would not recommend at all. Only perk is the nice view but doesn’t warrant the ridiculously high rent. You also have to pay for amenities that you don’t even use. The company is only obsessed with extracting as much money from you as possibleUpdate: Unhelpful receptionists who are not even aware of their own policies. There is clearly a sign in the phone booths that they are solely used for the purposes of phone calls and that occupants should restrict the usage to 30 minutes so they’re available to others as well but of course no one is following this as this is not properly enforced. People camp out in the booths all day and selfishly leave their stuff to make sure other people don’t use the booths. When I tried to raise this to the receptionists they told me it’s first come first serve and they can do whatever they want and they had no idea what the policy even is and I had to even show them the sign (please find attached) but of course this falls on deaf ears and they haven’t done anything to rectify the situation because they don’t care about their customers. Meanwhile they tell prospective customers during their tours that the phone booths are usually available for all as they are limited to 30 minutes of usage. False advertisement

I am with Servcorp Australia since Dec. 2014 and have been in several servcorp offices around the world and honestly this one is the worse. you should be very careful. they look for their monthly sales target more than anything else even humanity or ethics. If they offer you any assistance be cautious because there is tripled invoice behind it. What have been said or agreed has no value for them. This is my advise after being burned 3 times there, LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE.
