WASTE COMPANY, IT HAS JUST NAME BUT THEY TOTALLY IGNORE THE SUPPLIERS WHO HAS SUPPLIED MATERIALS FOR THEIR PROJECTS. SMALL SUPPLIERS ARE SUFFERING TO RECOVER THE PAYMENTS FROM THEM AND NO ONE IS BOTHER TO REPLY.

We visited here to claim our commissions 🙂 not bad.

The problem lies with the parking of your car. Its very hard to find a place where u can park the car unless u go for the paid parking which is 10dhs per hour.

Nice building on great Location. Very neat & clean always.The only issue is Slow lifts. The waiting time for the lift is very long especially during morning & evening time. The management should change their lift operating model.

If you are going for an interview to sobha, its waste of time mostly, because they take your resume and make you wait from morning to evening and then they come and say that you are not short listed without even asking us a single question. Its totally waste of time. It should be informed before so that our day wont get wasted.

Big Business Tower from Sobha group located closer to Al Khail road. Anyone can see it from the road. No visitors parking except a risky kacha parking in front side.But, you can easily get in and out of this area. Those coming from E11 SZR can take the Dubai Mall flyover to Al Khail road and take last exit to enter the business bay area.

Sobha Sapphire building is not an easy edifice to locate at the Business Bay area of Dubai. A GPS will surely help though but, if using a taxi, ask to be sure the driver knows exactly where you are heading. Parking is also a nightmare here, you might want to ask your host in this building to help with a parking access in the building. There are no public buses easily accessing this building and the metro is far off.
