I used to visit this building in the past for work, its well located, its surrounded by a lot of facilities, hotels, restaurants, metro, and its connected to the world trade center facilities, for business mans its an ideal location to have an office

The bridge has elevator. Also the on the road there is security helps you to cross the road. Although drivers also pedestrian friends. :)

Superb place for exhibitions and is very much accessible by public transport. Metro and buses are readily available for those who doesnt drive . If you drive the problem is finding parking during busy exhibitions . Overall a nice place to host an exhibition

This is located in the famous Sheikh Zayed Road adjacent to so many marvellous landmarks.It is huge, well planned and well utilised. Apart from being easily accessible and having extremely spacious convention halls, It has everything from eateries, pharmacy, mobile recharge centres, more than required number of washrooms, may I help you desks and sign boards etc.In fact, they have a taxi stand nearby and there is a free shuttle service from the convention centre to the taxi stand.Organizations from all over the globe come here, participate and exhibit their products and solutions. A must visit place!

Very spacious and well organised events.

I work in this tower, this is a great high finishing tower attached to the convention gate. Just 1 minutes before the Novotel DWTC.The only negative things is the traffic you will experience sometimes if you work here or take the happiness street regularly, is the traffic jam because of the events held in the convention gate. But this is absolutely normal for a trade center area.Location is perfect, its on the happiness street and if you walk through the convention gate you will reach Sheikh Zayed road within 5 minutes.This is one of the most lively areas in Dubai. So you will find a lot of shops here, coffee shops, restaurants, retailers and more.

This building has a unique location, its lobby is connected to the regions largest exhibition ane convention centre. Any business that needs to be closer to events or participates or organises events regularly can see this as an ideal location. The complex offers atleast a dozen food outlets and has ample parking. It is easily accessible and also has a couple of hotels nearby.
