I love JLT!! One of the few places in Dubai where you get a neighbourhood feel, the walk around the lakes is really good when you want to go for a quick walk close to your flat (or a run for that matter)

V3 building is well maintained and has spacious houses.

Cluster v have three towers.every tower has parking on ground floor and basement.

Staying in this cluster at the moment, have only heard praises and a lot of good things about this place. I personally chose to stay here because of the community feeling, access to the park, access to a lot of activities for kids and for adults. cluster v particularly doesnt have too many shops open at the moment this could be better if this situation was improved, however from a grocery standpoint everything can be orders from Closer by alternative options.

This place is a but hard to reach from the metro. A bus station is located near the cluster. Though, cars may have no trouble accessing this cluster. This cluster has both residential and business towers. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from. Subway is also located in this cluster at the lake level. The rents are also decent. Accessibility to park is a challenge.

Need to walk a lot to my car in the building parking.

Its a good place to walk,careem bike stand is also there.There is a place with a huge wall ,decorated by drawings by paint.Big space is for playing for kids and for some activities.Residential flats and commercial shops are both there.Lake view is nice.

Easy to reach and lot of available parking

One of the finest location to work or even reside. Everything you need is a stone throw away distance. All clusters have their own convenience store running 24/7 and a host of restaurant offering variety of cuisine. The central lake gives and impeccable ambience and sidewalks are well kept and maintained.

Visited with my brother who was looking to rent an office place in JBC2. We loved this to we, very clean and a nice dinning area. However, the parking fees are too much for this place.

Went there to visit a friends house. It was really a good location with an artificial lake around.

Very neat business district. Has a free zone within it. Strangely a lot of people live in the apartments inside and some are converted into offices.

Very beautiful place, elegant, quite and peacefully at the same time near the metro and the high way and you can find all you needs around it. I advice any one to live their by leasing his dreaming house wish I get one in future. I love it so much.....👍💓💕💝
