Had a set menu lunch here , food was average taste and quality , service was excellent, friendly staff and professional, nice ambiance, sofa chairs were not comfortable at all , must be changed , did not have the chance to try other menu options but can be of same quality.Desert was tasty 😋

It was my first time to visit Ballaro @ Conrad Dubai and thanks goes to GroupOn!It is the Seafood Night Buffet Wednesday So my review will be based on this event only as Ballaro serve a la carte menu on other days.The Seafood Night!The option is very huge of starters, main, life station and desert.Taste of the starters and desert are 8/10 & Main 7/10The staff are super friendly and helpful

Breakfast is great. Dinner is so expensive, we were totally shocked. We had to have a quick meal so decided to eat here, didnt check prices beforehand. For 2 mains, 1 starter and water it was 500 dirams. Food was nice but not at that price.

I had breakfast at Ballaro in the Conrad one morning and the selection was very nice. There are several different buffet varieties, pasteries, cheeses, yogurts, juices, etc.. I had a delicious omlete made to perfection with the chopped vegetables cooked into the egg followed by the shredded cheese folded into the hot centered where it melted into decidance.The service staff is very attentive and eager to help find what youre looking for and get smooth frothing cappuccinos for you while you fill your plate. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Limited selection at breakfast - could be better. Had breakfast two days in a row same food, no changes on menu. Almost always empty.

We arrived for a Friday brunch to find Ballaro already full of people. We were shown to our table and while Waiting for drinks noticed that the restaurant was full of elderly people obviously on a tour and had a booked lunch there. We started our meal with a gd selection of fresh salads. At around 2pm -2.30 the restaurant emptied to leave just a couple of tables here for the brunch. We then went outside to the BBQ area to find NO CHEFS AND COLD MEATS SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED. So we had more salad. The dessets also v disappointing so we had some cheese and biscuits. We wont be back to Ballaro,unfortunately it seems that the hotel think its a good way to use up food cooked for hotel /tour guests and charge brunchers for the left over cold foodNOT A GOOD BRUNCH EXPERIENCE

This review is for the breakfast served in Ballaro as part of the inclusive package for guests staying at the Conrad. There is a wide choice available, half a dozen cereals, plenty of juices, a tempting selection of pastries and cakes, an egg and omlette station and the usual Western and Arabic cooked items. The coffee is excellent, but its a struggle to get a good cup of tea. This is a problem throughout the UAE though, not just at this hotel! Staff are very attentive and friendly.

Had a professional meeting last night and the dinner was at Ballaro, as the name suggests is an Italian restaurant. The ambiance was very good but the music was either Spanish or Italian, I could not decipher it.The food was pre-arranged by the host, 2 tables were reserved for us, for 10 people on each, but we were 3 on one and 4 on the other. There were nobody else there and no indication there was anyone before us, even though Conrad is well known hotel here and their food quality is superior.The table was set with several items of antipasti, but we asked for the mains to be brought so as not to eat late.One antipasto was hummus, which was a bit odd since its not an italu an appetizer and grilled meat was in the menu.The mains included biryani and another rice dish with some meat but both were very spicy and of course not Italian. Then they brought one dish of meatballs without any pasta with it and penne in tomato sauce and no meat, plus fish in dill sauce (was very tasty and I had 2 helpings) and chicken with some sauce (was ok).The highlight was the dessert (pictured), one item was a tiramisu in a choc kettle mold, adorable and tasty.Edited: tried to upload the dessert platter but with no luck, despite several attempts

Stayed at the Conrad for two weeks. Had a choice of breakfast at the Club Lounge or Ballarò. Picked Ballarò as there was an extended choice of breakfast items. They even had a small separate pork section, which is nice for us Europeans on extended stay and who, after a while, tend to miss their pork bacon and sausages for breakfast. I also loved the breakfast pizza, which was a light Margarita and highly recommend it to anyone who dares.Overall, food choice and quality were excellent. The F&B team made sure there were slight tweaks (to the food offerings) every morning, so it would never get boring. Even after two weeks of having breakfast at the same spot.Also important: since we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, Ballarò and its staff really shined. Cleanliness and awareness of safety protocol were top notch.Finally, a shout out to Samir, Ayo and Me Me Ko, who made sure that I always had a great start to the day. Thank you so much!

The stewed rice and pasta are good, and the dessert cheese is worth trying.

We paid so much for what we ate. We also waited too long for each plate, since it was just us in the restaurant. I didnt like the food.

Contrary to all indications, it is not an Italian restaurant. Currently more of a steakhouse with a few Italian starters ... so go somewhere else. It is not to Italy restaurant as shown on their homepage. Its a steakhouse with some antipasti. Went somewhere else instead.

The breakfast is varied and many direct cooking stations and food are delicious
