My wife and I visited Junsui to celebrate our wedding anniversary.Joyce,Chen,Vijay and rest of the staff were very welcoming and took really good care of us. They have variety of options to choose from the buffet. The tempura fried prawns and laksa was amazing. Overall experience from the time you enter until you leave was 7 star !!!!

Location obviously amazing! Shame this restaurant doesn’t have a view you hope for when going there! But food was super delicious and service on a very high level. Personally I just believe this place is overpriced but definitely worthy to go there. Chiefs are so happy to prepare anything special you ( like me no fish or meat) or your kids might need ( they have prepared special rice , vegetables and fish for our 1yol - thank you)! Staff are so open to make your visit maximum enjoyable!

Best experience ever! This restaurant is inside of the Burn Al Arab, which is SUPER nice. Im a vegetarian and made note of it when I made my reservation. Items on the buffet are not marked vegetarian. As a standard practice, they prepared my plates and brought them to me. I never had to walk to the buffet to get my food. The staff was extremely nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food was amazing.

We had dinner in the JUNSUI restaurant as part of our honeymoon last year. The food was amazing and there was so much choice, the whole dinning experience was great, and I cannot thank Joyce, a fun and helpful employee, enough for her help, assistance and advice on what to try. She put petals on the table, gave my wife chocolates and a rose and then the kind restaurant manager gave us a tour of the hotel grounds. Brilliant evening, thank you very much.

Went there several times, and Had quiet good experience with Junsui before, but Ystday it was wrost ever.Friday night 7.30pm food should be full, maybe not expecting full but Atleast should not looks like they will closing after 30min.Japanese section shusi was horrible, only egg n fake crabstick availerble, after I check 3times more that never refill up. Tuna was horrible, I never had that kind taste tuna in my life. Warm food section also same situation, every food was empty dont want even touch!Dimsum well all empty what really this restaurant did yesterday! Nothing!Maybe that is the reason no more booming like before, it was just horrible.Never ever go again. Just totally wasted money, and my good time.

I am giving one star for the staff and service. We started with the cold food section and moved through each section until the desserts section. The cold food section was not too bad but it was consistently down hill from thereon. In short, this was the worst buffet that we had ever been to - low quality ingredients and completely unauthentic tastes. I would pay AED57 for this, not 570! If you actually know Asian food, DO NOT go here.

I celebrated my birthday and had a fantastic dining experience. The place is very relaxing with nice view. Staff are highly commendable especially Gerlie & Jeff who rendered us excellent service and assist us beyond expectation.

Such amazing food, great ambiance and very attentive , friendly staff! Would love to go back here. The chef are authentic Asians!🙂 Keep up the good work!

I arrived at the Junsui restaurant in the renown Burj Al Arab Hotel with high expectations but sadly the restaurant certainly does not live up to it. My reservation was in the evening for the dinner buffet. The ambience and interior decorations were modern and quite flashy which I thought was suitable for the place. The biggest disappointment came from the food selection. A buffet is supposed to offer a diverse range of foods but I did not think that this applied to the Junsui. The mediocrity of the cooking and quality of the foods were far from 5 stars such as the unfreshness of the sashimi or the toughness of the cooked meats or the usage of fake crab meat in the maki rolls. The presentation was somewhat misleading because it had a deceivingly appetising appearance. I think the dessert section was better than the main courses. Some of the desserts were acerbic and probably only the sorbet and panna cotta was comestible. The only good thing was probably the service; the staff were friendly and attending.I merely trying to give people a heads-up before they decide to dine here. It is not cheap to dine here and in my humble opinion, it is simply not worth it. If you dont like airport lounge food, you certainly wont like it here.

Average Asia-style breakfast and restaurant setting (e.g. cutlery ain’t matching and is nothing fancy) compared to the glamorous hotel lobby. I think I should’ve opted for lunch or western-style food

Really expensive for meal that feels closer to $50 USD. However great location and great service makes me rate this a 4 star

There are lots of choices for Asian food here. But I was impressed by the Japanese’s sashimi, which was really fresh

I absolutely love this luxurious place specially their services and good amenities even amazing food.

A wonderful dining experience, a top rated buffet with a vast choice of Asian cuisine and a notably excellent service throughout from the moment we got in the restaurant to the minute we left, it is of course very pricey but you wouldn’t expect anything less from a restaurant within the Burj Al Arab.

The food is terrible, the taste is too sweet, there is no aroma, the temperature of the food is not enough, and the neatness needs to be enhanced.This was the only mistake I made on this trip, and that was to book this restaurant.Here mainly entertains the guests of travel agencies, tourists are not recommended to visit.Worst of all, this is the buffet, but it doesnt serve any drinks at all. Even water must be purchased separately. Not reasonable.Strongly not recommended.

This dining experience is very good in terms of service, the decoration environment is elegant and quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. But there are too few foods. Basically only Chinese, Japanese, Korean. Chinese food is not very authentic. The Japanese meal is OK, the sashimi is relatively fresh. But overall, this meal is not worth the price. If you just want to visit the hotel, you can do it.The dining experience is very good in terms of service, the decor is elegant and quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. The quality of the meals meets the five-star exquisite level, but the variety is limited to Asian dishes. Cantonese cuisine, Japanese and a little Indonesian cuisine. The service attitude of the staff is kind and reasonable.

Delicious restaurant 7 times delicious food I think I paid 200 usd per person or more but I had handmade chocolates with jasmine tea served at perfect temperature and delicious the best Ive had in my life and obviously has the best waiters with impeccable service . Apart add the experience of what is the beautiful Arab burj inside on the outside with beautiful views ... excellent to hang out.

I do not recommend in personal opinion.
