Nosh is a hotel buffet restaurant that offers buffet meals throughout the day. The normal buffet is pretty standard from experience, the food selections being a little limited but adequate for a simple buffet.However, on Friday Nosh offers a themed cartoon brunch. With staff in costumes, plenty of cartoon decorations, a dedicated kids food section and live entertainment for kids, this brunch is perfect for families with younger children but also fine for groups with no children.Food on offer includes a live tandoori and kebab station, hot foods, salads, sushi, soup, roast beef and chicken, bread, cheeses, fruit and desserts. For the price, the Friday brunch offers a decent selection that should cater to most people.

Fantastic Friday brunch with kidsMy family and I had a fantastic Friday brunch with our grandchildren. The children had a great time and they were very happy. The children had their faces painted, attended magic live show and had plenty of fun. The food had variety. Make sure you go hungry. Its a must visit whenever youre in the UAE

I went twice for the seafood night they do on Thursdays and think that the quality and choice of seafood you get for 169 dirhams is great. They even serve oysters which you wont find on buffets for that price.All food is fresh, tasty and plentiful. There are couple of live stations - noodles and grill where u pick ur fish or prawns and they can cook it to ur liking.I put 4* because of the service, its a bit slow and you really need to look for the waiter and attract their attention to get something.

Simple. Don’t cheat your customers. I had an Entertainer, which covers 1 for 1. We were 3 adults and 1 child. But they would only cover 1 offer, stating the child is not covered. Hence I end up paying for 2 adults and 1 child.Read the rules. It states up to 4 offers can be used on people. Not adult or child, regardless of the cost difference.An unfortunate experience as the kids really enjoyed the experience, but I don’t appreciate being cheated and will not return.

Visited them for their kebab night buffet...what a wide spread of dishes ranging from Lebanese salads , falafel, fatyer, live kebab station and a good variety of desserts...so what was special in this buffet?...well firstly the kebabs were fantastic, Lebanese food was amongst the best I have ever eaten and desserts had a decent selection including my favorite custard dipped madeleine cake....Main course was not that great and can be given a pass...especially after you have gorged on their starters selection....give it a try....special mention to their staff...excellent customer service from each of them....a visit is recommended !

Magic shows, organised games, face painting - stacks of stuff to keep the kids genuinely amused. The little kids in our group loved it so much. Not so much for bigger kids - but our 13 y/o still had a great time.The food was really nice - roast meats, sushi, mushroom and truffle soup, stews, tandoor chicken, and a whole range of other things.. only thing that I missed that Ive enjoyed as a treat at other brunches (but not a big problem) was oysters.Drinks were ok - had cocktails at one point which seemed to be shrouded in mystery - asked for a mojito and a pint of something bright pink turned up. House red was a chillean Merlot. Soft and full bodied, low tannins - nice.Ambiance: it was like having a brunch in a nursery! Loads of cartoon graphics and pictures dotted around and the staff all work kids tv and film costumes. Loads of other families all seemed to be having a nice time. Comfortable seats and seating arrangement was not crammed in.I would recommend and re visit.

Went on a Friday buffet dinner - International cuisine theme. It’s a BOGOF promotion for 89 Dhs ($25), affordable in Dubai standard. The experience was disappointing, selections are very limited and mostly Indian and Arabic dishes. There’s a live stir fry noodles station, which I guess covers the Asian cuisine. It took time before tables were cleared for the next meal as there’s only 1 waiting staff. The place wasn’t crowded.

We visited the buffet for the cartoon brunch a few months ago and it was good quality for money.But what really stood out for me was the DELICIOUS turkey takeaway that we ordered for new years eve. It was so moist and yummy! The sides dishes were really good too (roasted potatoes, veggies, stuffing and gravings). For sure I will be ordering again.

Had a really great Christmas buffet brunch/lunch Food quality very good, food choice range was wide/varied and was definitely suited to any pallet. Service was great, friendly courteous staff, and very helpful. They certainly worked hard as the restaurant was fully booked. Nice atmosphere made the afternoon really memorable. Highly ecommended.

YOU KNOW THE FOOD IS GOOD, WHEN YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY, BUT STILL DEVOUR AS MANY AS SUSHI AS YOU CAN! I give there food 5/5 . Ambiance is good, the place is good, valet parking is there.The only problem I had is after the first meal,went for another round, when I came back, plates is still there. (Considering it was not that busy, only few people were there so I expected my table to be clean - took me 10 mins to pick/choose food for my 2nd round but still came back to my uncleaned table)Apart from that the FOOD IS AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent restaurant for dinner or brunch. Big variety of food. Good choice of salads, seafood, and desserts. Free parking for visitors if parking ticket is stamped by restaurant reception desk. Really enjoyed this place and most likely will come back. Entertainer vouchers are accepted, so keep this in mind. Another good thing is that normally the refreshments are also included in buffet.

Nice Iftar buffet.The food was tasty and with good variety. Nice atmosphere with Arabic music. friendly staff. The splits the buffet stations in two areas so no much waiting or cues.

This is an Restaurant that offers different dinner buffet. Sushi on Monday, Kebab on Wednesday. Fish for Thursday. In addition there is an Comic brunch on Friday. Main Menues are tasty. Desserts are mainly with a lot of gelatine. Fruits for dessert is only some but tasty. Rooms are as small as usual. Pool is outside but warm as there is no real shadow.

Cartoon brunch. We booked for 5 adult +1 toddler and we didnt find the table organized for the kid. Food was very good. Play area too messy. There is no supervision for kids. We god 50% discount thanks to an Application.

Stay away from this place. The pictures are deceiving and the quality is extremely poor. There were cockroaches walking all over their buffet and the dirt was still on their vegetables which means they were not even washed. This place was the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my years of travel. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculously expensive.

Quite crowded. Limited food selection.. to be fair it was an iftar buffet. Too many screaming kids and food on floor. I need a more sedate and relaxing setting when I choose to eat out. Service was good.

Very unwelcoming complicated setup and too many restrictions. The only place you can have both buffet and shisha is outdoors. We came last month while the weather was still horrid, the waiter actually tried to seat us outdoors. If you have entertainer, you need to be careful because they have theme nights like kabab night that might not be applicable. Even a la carte became a hassle for us. Eventually we gave up and went somewhere else.

Poor variety (at least todays seafood night) so was absolutely not worth the money paid, even though we used the entertainer. Non-existent customer service, hostess did not smile at us neither when we entered, nor when we paid and left, moreover she did not even extend any kind of farewell. Would not recommend Nosh to anyone, there are a lot of places in JLT/Marina/JBR area with similar price range and better service and fiod options.

The good thing in Nosh restaurant is the outside area on lakes, and its one of the very less hotels restaurants that provide Shisha. But unfortunately in my last visit yesterday, I found that the buffet can not be compared to my last visits last year. The appetizers, main dishes, sweets are not like before in quality and quantity, they remove many stations, even the staff now are less and not enough to serve. The staff still friendly but they do not have time to serve well.

Dont be fooled by the low priced lunch buffet. The selection is pretty limited and the taste is average at best (some dessert items were good though). Had many flies flying around, which makes the cleanliness of the place questionable. The staff were professional and helpful though. Would avoid this place.

Why to the cartoon brunch. Pretty disappointing for the kids. No superheroes despite what they advertise. Its basically just some cardboard cutouts of cartoon characters. Food is mediocre at best. Still have it 3 stars because there is at least a play area for the kids which gives the parents a break for half an hour.

Had my reservations I must admit, given the price point, and that we were inviting out of town guests, but I am glad to say everyone really enjoyed Noshs Friday brunch.The hotel has a relatively small entrance compared to your usual 5* Dubai joints, while it may not have all the whistles, it definitely has all the bells one would expect, with valet parking, welcome at the entrance etc..Nosh had a cosy play area for kids with a TV showing cartoons for families, as well as a quiet adults section on a different side of the building.Food quality was very good with a decent range of different cuisines, arab, Indian, Chinese, some sushi, and English. I especially enjoyed the roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, almost went for thirds had it not been for the attractive dessert display.Deserts were good, of course the movenpick ice cream was a no brainer and perhaps unsurprisingly the best. To round off the soft and hot drinks & were included, and exceptional service.It may not be a super opulent grand buffet like others we had seen, you are paying 1/3 to 1/4 of the price, and that is exceptional value. I look forward to trying their dinner buffets.If there ever were such a thing as a sensible 5* brunch, this would be it.

A very interesting place, a buffet, various dishes on different days of the week, particularly on Monday, the day of sushi, Thursday, seafood dishes. Delicious. Come on regret.

The offer is outstanding. Choice and variety offer something for every guest and taste. Very loving preparation of the dishes and individual wishes are gladly fulfilled. The service staff was partly very attentive, some unfortunately less. The only really big problem is the reliability of the coffee machines, which demands a lot of patience from the guests at breakfast. That must change urgently and necessarily.

We went for the brunch on Friday.Really average.Already the waiting time to access the room: a line of 3 or 4 groups with children in front of us only and we had 20 minutes waiting standing !!!We were expecting some animation for our 15 month old daughter, but just a coloring and pencils.Food is not crazy, but its true that its attractive for children to see candies, cakes and ice cream.In short, not worth the price ...Disappointed.
