The worst experience ever , no one willing to help the customer, and when we asked to see the manager the staff she refused to call him and she said to us go alone and check where is the manager. I have never seen such customer service the worst I’ve been to.

Sarcasm in Arabic in front of a customer(me) who they assumed I didnt speak Arabic. I still remember one lady telling the other in Arabic, Oh, hopefully she buys something. Please respect the customers if yall want your respect back :)

Sephora carries a lot of great products, but sometimes I get surprised at the incompetence of the staff. You show them EXACTLY what you want from a picture and they give you something totally different..and you have to go back and exchange it ..

This place is good for shopping though I didnt find the place having good choice as its smaller than the other sephora. The booking line could be faster if both the lines are at work

I have been the the MCC, Dubai Mall. The DFC hands down has the best staff ready to assist even if I dont look like I can afford it they give me full attention. Only problem half the time they dont have stock and am forced to go to other malls. Ohh they have the perfume engraving machine which is always a blast.

Dishonest staff at the FENTY BEAUTY COUNTER! I found two girls from Fenty Beauty who sold me a contour stick shade which was far too dark for my skincolor. Swatches were only done on my arm because they didnt take enough time to try it on my face! As I am very fair, Fenty Beauty does not carry the right contour stick shade for me but these girls didnt care to guide me to a brand that might carry my shade and just wanted to sell from their brand.However the BENEFIT BROW BAR deserves 5 stars as they are always amazing in doing brows! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The worst sephora branch employees are chatting with each other ignoring customersWhen u ask them about a brush to try they dont have it and they dont care to get it for uThey treat us like if we didnt come to buyThey also no nothing about customer servicesNo wonder why this is the quietest sephoraChange them or teach them how to behave

Twice i came in this brance and i must say they will tell you they dont have even they have what you are looking for and when i asked for some sample so i can try it on they left me and saying i dont know im not from here but they are worker there yes, i went to the counter and asked again the guy who is arab his too much polite compared to the salesladies whom i asked for ,and its like you need to play hide and sick with this and i came again near the guy to ask if do they find what im asking for she ignore and make very bad facial expression to me and the guy his co worker was telling her atleast tell me not make me like i need to ask all ladies an running which i thought they are looking for it .. i was humiliated by her expression and the way she talk was too rude (instead i argue i patiently left,, we are customers i hope you are there people to work and make sure to treat us human not animal infront of other customers and give us freedom to choose what we like not what you guys want and making us uncomfortable searching for what we need ........hope the management in Festival branch for sephora will take Action with their staff behaviors..... what ever nationality let us feel comfortable we dont steal we are buyers so we deserve Respect and not be disrespected by all salesldies in this branch...
