The product is amazing…. But there is one of staff . I think She is Filipino She is the smaller than other .. She is not cute at all. Bad service. I asked her but she doesnt want to serve me.. very bad

I love CT!!!! The staff in Dubai mall are amazing. I brought my mother in law there to get foundation and the lady who assisted us was very helpful in matching foundation to her skin.

With its products ranging from lipsticks, foundations and eye products, to skincare, tools, and even perfume, it fulfills your requirements before you even utter the word. In my opinion, a newbie should definitely go for its Matte Revolution and Brightening Youth Glow formula; believe me when I say that you will also add this store to your priority list!

I love the brand and what is about, if you catch Ryan in the store youre super lucky, he is very knowledgeable, knows the brand inside out and hes super kind, positive and not pushy at all, otherwise, the service is very very very poor. Honestly, he managed to change my opinion about the CT store, hence why the 3 star, otherwise would have been 1 star. The staff was quite rude and behaved like they are doing you a favour for being in the store. Its a shame as its damaging the imagine of the brand.Really need to do do something about that

Had a very bad experience at Charlotte Tilbury but the awesomeness of realising that a guest has had a bad experience and making an effort to correct it is really commendable on the part of the management of Chatlotte Tilbury and Dubai mall! I really thank Clarence, Marwa (my makeup artist who helped me with the makeover) for her warmth, her knowledgeable picks with the color and foundation, her very helpful nature and overall helpful experience. Clarence for sticking to his word and for ensuring that my third visit to the store was wonderful really overcoming my two previous bad visits. I do not have words to say my thanks to the team! I will definitely visit again for my makeup purchases. The goddess facial cleanser (not sure of the exact name) was wonderful for my skin and the foundation was super smooth. The magic cream and serum both were so so so calming for my skin. Wow! Is all I can conclude my review with today.

Sanjana Nayak is an excellent sales person and a great asset to the Charlotte Tilbury team in Dubai Mall. She has a great wealth of knowledge on all the products. I have long been a Dior fan both on skin care and make up range but Sanjana first convinced me on how good the magic cream range was and got me to try the magic cream day and night as well as the eye cream and the serum which I have been hooked on and been purchasing each time they finish. I have also switched almost all my makeup products to Charlotte Tilbury where Sanjana had recommended the beauty light wand in pillow talk which I love and have been using as a highlighter, the pillow talk push up lashes which is my holy grail, the airbrush flawless foundation, the film star bronze & glow, the cheek to chic swish & pop blusher, the magic lip oil, the lip cheat and of course their amazing range of Matte Revolution lipsticks that are now all part of my makeup kit. I cannot thank Sanjana enough for introducing me to all these great products as am really happy with them, especially with the results from the skincare range. Thank you Sanjana.

I buy 1item in mall of Emirates , after I pay the staff say they don’t have bag for one lipstick. like what! but my reaction was too late. I hope I did not buy it return it..!!! 😡 I was very disappointed and same time annoyed..! 👎🏻 all Charlotte products are not cheap. It’s all expensive.. so why they can’t afford sa small bag for small or 1 item.!!!! bad service...!!!!😡my experience in dubai mall is good . so I give 3 stars.

I just came to buy an eyeliner, while at the cashier, one of the staff kept insisting on me to buy other products despite me showing no interest… seems she was bothered that I didn’t get what she recommended.Didn’t expect such a place to have unprofessional staff…

Decided to finally visit this shop in Dubai Mall and buy some face powder. It’s not cheap but the reviews convinced me. Having made the effort to drive there, find a parking space and then find the shop, I am shown testers and even had them put onto my skin to prove how amazing they are. I am then told that they have no stock of either the loose or compact powders. How on earth can a standalone Charlotte Tilbury shop not have enough stocks of the basics?! Distinctly unimpressed and I will buy elsewhere.

Love the Brand and what they are about. However the staff has the worst attitude, as if they are doing you a favor. The only helpful one is Jeizel an Jhoan if they are on duty you are lucky.

Products from this brand are amazing however the staff working there are disaster and very impolite it just feels they don’t want to work neither to help you !

Went to their 2nd branch in MOE today. Its one of my fave brand esp their youth glow and goddess skin clay! I got the SMS for their opening and says there will be a gift as well so i dropped by, but none was given and staff says they are not aware of it 🤔😔 i just hoped to try some of their other products on samples/ gifts per se.. its just unfortunate

A beautiful store, I had a full Tilbury appointment where the MUA showed me how to apply and charlottes techniques. It was really educational and LOVE my products.Will highly recommend and come back for a party in the boudoir soon!

It’s my favorite cosmetic brand but the staff in Dubai Mall can make your experience very unpleasant. They act like doing you a favor. Rude and unhappy people. It’s a shame!

Guys, you have to do something with staff. Very rude, not interested in sale. Their faces always unhappy and they look like they want you to leave ASAP. Although it’s my favorite brand, I don’t want to visit this shop.

I was not satisfied with the staff behaviour today. She was not at all interested to provide me assistance when I asked her about the products.

Frankly super disappointed not at all professional, I really like this brand I discovered it in France I bought my products there being in Dubai I decided to take some back I went there for the first time good advice c was not that after seeing that I already had my products I just took the same thing and today I decided to take my mother to show her she was planning to take the total we arrive the saleswomen were busy suddenly I wait for a free I tell her as and when she wants she brings us the products for her to try because of the covid we have to do it ourselves what I understand and therefore respect barely at the stage of the anti-ring she leaves without saying anything I wait I will see I see that she is with another client I am still waiting, there was her colleague in front of me with a client I decide to go to her to tell her that if the person who took care of us was busy they found me someone else She tells me yes she is with someone but she arrives I said that it was not normal to leave without saying anything she said yes to me but there are people I said no when she took care of we waited my turn and there were other saleswomen for the other people or simply each one waits his turn I still waited a little while seeing that she had not come to have left us everything and left. Very very disappointed especially that it is good products and that are not given so a minimum of service in short it really disgusted me with the brand. I forgot to add that it is the store that is in Dubai mall
