It is unplesant shopping experience with faces first and last , most products I ordered online and I payed for did not come, I contacted customer service the said it not available, however they are menioned in the website and I added to my cart , also I made one oder with 6 item, I recieved 3 and they charged me for delivery fees, then for the 3 other items, 2 not available, and they send one and charged me also delivery fees, WHY? it is just unorgainzed and careless

Truly tragic to have to enter Faces only to be greatest with the most distasteful Salesperson! Terrible customer service, I was treated in a very rude manner at the DIOR station and recommend going somewhere where clients are treated with some respect

Amazing store with thousands of Perfumes, makeup & skincare from luxurious brands.

The fact that there are more staff than customers in this branch says it all. I have twice now gently and humbly requested not to be overwhelmed by staff as I walk in. This makes me just get what I need and leave, I have no desire to look around or browse through new or interesting products, hence no desire to spend my money there. I never want any1 to lose their jobs, but if you are keeping so many staff members at least train them in proper human interaction. Some people have high anxiety, others are very shy, dont force products or sales or promotions on people, its wrong.

Very bad experience at Faces. I had booked my skin consultation, complimentary make-up class and all about the eyes make-up session here from the Muse app. I could not make it on time due to a personal commitment and hence had to push my session to 5 after checking that there would be staff available to assist me. When I reached there I had to speak to 3 staff all of whom were clueless about the service and then call the Muse representative who intervened and helped. I was told that this happened because handover was not done properly due to a shift change - I mean how does it matter to a customer? The only good thing about the visit here was the skincare consultation and the manner in it which was done and the results elaborated to me. The rest of the sessions felt like I was being pushed to purchase the products although all three services I opted for were complimentary. At one point I felt that if I didnt agree to buy the products the complimentary services wouldnt be rendered to me. In fact the all about the eyes session was not done for me as I said I have enough eye make up. I didnt wait to argue I wanted to run away from the store as I felt the longer I stayed there I would be forced to buy a product I did NOT need. I thought it was just me who had this experience but reading the reviews below I feel I was not the only one!

I spent AED 1500 for 3 perfumes.They offered my 2 vouchers of AED 100 each, both in Arabic They failed to mention that the voucher had an expiry date.I visited the store again towards the end of January 2021 only to discover that the vouchers had expired.I approached the store manager to inform him about the issue, and how its unfair to issue gift vouchers in a different language, and not informing customers that the gift vouchers had an expiry date. The store manager took my details down and informed me that he will take my feedback into consideration and call me back with regards to what he can do about those vouchers. Its been two weeks now....im still waiting for his response.I tried to call the number listed here...no reply.Very poor customer service when it comes to after-sales.Terms and conditions of gift vouchers should be clearly explained to customers who do not speak Arabic.

Faces is a new face by wojooh. They have all the top perfume and makeup brands. I bought lipgloss by wow and its reasonable. And I like there collection of perfumes as I am a big fan of perfumes.

Rip off, stay away. Faces has the worst customer service ever. Received the wrong shade from an online order. They asked me to send them pictures of the item - which I did - to show that it was untouched, then told me that I opened it so they could not exchange lol. This store is the biggest joke. Stick to Sephora guys

I just bought some make up in the shop and the lady who helped me with choosing foundation for me was really helpful and nice. I will come back for sure.

Faces is a great place to find those brands that we so badly want sometimes but cant find in sephora. they carry the it works line of products, Neom, which i adore. Had a stroke recently and am finding it very difficult to sleep. I decided to try all the niceties of aromatherapy . love the It Works line of sleeping products but Neom somehow has more punch to it( not the right visual for a pleaurable sleeping routine but I mean, the product seems to have more impact. Well, for myself, I love It Works, Neom or anything that promises and stands by its promise of a good nights sleep. Faces pleasantly has a a lot of brands under one very well lit roof. You dont have to walk from one end of the mall to another just to get that one brand you needed( well, I kinda take that back because, this largely depends on what you are looking for at the time.) The staff there is cordial, can be a tad bit pushy sometimes. My girl there is mostly Hind. Shes helpful and addresses all my concerns or questions. Its less of a hassle when the sales person looks after you and understands your needs. But then again Im still in the initial stages of my experience there. Hope the experiences remain steadily pleasant and satisfying. Hate it when something starts off great and turns sour one fine day leaving one quite disillusioned. Kinda like an unpredictable marriage!

Recently I attended the event which was conducted at @malloftheemirates by @facesbeautymiddleeast at their store. It was a fascinating to see all makeup brand under one roof top . It was organised by @tishtashtalks giving us the festive season discounts and different makeup tutorials , demo for skin care products too.I am a big fan of @nabila_salon who recently launched her Zero Makeup which I really love. In one Palette you have all what you need! Yes thats what I loved in this plus how good it was for my skin especially for Asian skin like me.Thank you for this great event and for inviting me ..

DONT GO THERE..a total waste of time, effort&money..in my 7yrs of living in dubai, and with an very extensive shopping experience ranging from top high end brands to local dirham stores.. i can clearly say WUJOOH has the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE.. to the extend that i felt physicaly and mentaly harassed at there store in MOE(mall of the emirates)

Bought two perfumes only to find them somewhere else less than 24 hours later for AED 300 cheaper. I regret believing tgeir sales reps that the perfumes were on limited offer which obviously was not true. Wojooh/Faces is a rip off I will never buy from them again.

Very bad Manager and area manager for this company , when we ask for help from one employee they didnt care , and when we asked for manager they said he is not available, how manager of shop he is not available in the shop !!!

I bought a makeup product from benefit at wojooh in mall of emirates and am so so disappointed they sold me a rancid one . Absolutely wont recommend this place .
