This is the best salon in Dubai with the best stylists! Everyone is extremely professional and amazing at what they do. It’s the only salon I’ll use for my hair! Debs is amazing with curls and gave me the best perm I could have asked for. Sound is absolutely wonderful with colour! I went from black to blonde and she gave me the perfect result with a smooth, vanilla colour, no damage and she was relentless at making sure the colour was just what I asked for.Great place and amazing staff who are extremely professional and very passionate about what they do. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

The salon looks great, is clean and has a great ambience. I went for hair protein treatment with Sou who was great. My only complain is that I spoke to a representative before going for my treatment and I told her my budget and asked her the cost of the treatment as I was flying the next day and could not come in just for consultation. She kept insisting me that I come in and they will see. Upon reaching the salon and after the hair consultation, they told me a price higher than what I discussed with them ( I had other options that were in my budget and I cancelled my appointment with them). The hair director was not polite when I tried to explain the situation to her.

This is my favourite Salon, my go to place for all hair and nail services. It is clean and the staff are excellent. I trust their hair stylist Souad 💯, she is very experienced and a great pleasure to talk to when youre spending hours getting your hair done.

I have been a loyal customer for around 4 years now and have always appreciated Casa Havanas service and care for myself and my family.However, what really caused me to write this review was due to a new hairstylist they had recruited. I had initially booked for a root touchup but was encouraged to cut my fringe by Soaad. I have frizzy and curly hair that I regularly blowout at home and I have always wished to have a fringe that compliments my face and Soaad did just that. Her attention to detail - particularly her skill to take my face shape into account - made me incredibly satisfied and content with my decision. I have not been this satisfied with my hair for years!My new hairstyle has encouraged me my daughters to cut their fringe as well! Thank you Casa Havana and particularly Soaad for your care.

Casa Havana has been my go to for all my basic beauty requirements for over a year now since moving to Dubai. They are friendly professional and absolutely best value for money. I would always check what prices of hair services are as this can be a bit confusing at first( each stylist has differing prices) but as for quality and professionalism you can count on them to do the job. Casa Havana is the ultimate beauty experience, I always look forward to visiting the salon for my nail and hair appointments. The staff always greet you by name on arrival and the salon is such a warm and friendly place. The staff that do my gel manicure and pedicure are lovely and do a very professional job. I had my hair highlighted and cut 3 weeks go at the salon, the stylist is very talented and listened carefully to what i wanted, the whole experience was very relaxing and pure indulgence. I found Casa Havana towards the end of my time Living in Dubai, and I only wish I would’ve found it sooner. I was looking for a professional, but comfortable beauty salon and that’s exactly what I found. I was also looking for a salon that would have a stylist that knew how to give me natural blonde looking highlights, and if that’s what you’re looking for Tee is the stylist for you. I came in after trying out a few salons, and just feeling like I wasn’t getting the color I wanted. Tee took the time to see my hair and decide what the best plan was for me. I couldn’t recommend Casa Havana and Tee more!

Wow!!! Can’t say enough about Casa Havana. I had the best facial ever with eminence organic products, as well as an amazing wax. My highlights with Tee were lovely. The whole staff is excellent!!!! The decor is absolutely gorgeous. The Cuban inspired theme and attention to details are spectacular. Totally loved my experience!!!

FINALLY!!!! After 14 years in Dubai, I finally found a hair stylist that knows her stuff. Tee understood what my needs were and did exactly what needed to be done to fix my issues. She listened to my problem and managed to actually do the right thing. She will be my hairstylist till one of us moves out of the country.

May did a wonderful job on my nails. I showed her a picture from my phone and she was able to recreate it perfectly. I have very happy with the service and the salon is very nice with very friendly staff. I will be returning.

Reasons to try Casa Havana:1) Lots of colour options for a mani/pedi.2) Good facial and massage options.3) The rooms are always clean and cheerful.4) The team working there cares about your experience.5) Hairdressers are also good (Tee is very thorough and great at cutting).Whilst this is not my local salon, Im always happy to drive 20mins to visit Casa Havana as I think theyre one of the best salons in Dubai.

My healthy nails were damaged after a not so proper gel manicure and the polish did not even last for a week. I had to go back twice to fix 2 nails that broke because of the polish peeling off (which I paid an additional AED 70 for). I was eventually offered to remove and redo the gel polish + cut and filing of my severely damaged long nails, which I appreciate, however I had to cut my long healthy nails short and pay for the nail repairs which I wasnt happy with. Wont be coming back.

Perfect customer service. During a busy day they still managed to accommodate me despite my late request for an appointment. Then, when I was late for said appointment, they were still good spirited.The ambience of the saloon is also aesthetically pleasing.

Their staff has accommodated early morning scheduling both at my home and at their salon. They are able to work quickly and the work done is very polished and lasts all day. If you’re looking for hidden gem, look no further ! I came here a quick mani pedi while on vacation was blown away. You step into old Havana with the vibrant tiles and antique decor.Although I just went in for a mani pedi I was also able to add in a neck/shoulder/back massage all while sipping on Cuban coffee.All nail tools being used came out of a sealed bag reassuring me that everything was sterile and my previous gel nail polish was removed carefully without damaging my nail. I was extremely pleased with my results and highly recommend this establishment!

I loved the decor and the staff is all very welcoming.I was in town for a wedding and was looking for a place to have a full body massage along with a mani/pedi and let me just say, this place was amazing. I had my full body massage with Mio, I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud, she is wonderful!I was also very pleased with my mani/pedi, they take their time when cutting cuticles and all the equipment used is sterile. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

It was a such warm welcome as I was the first customer for their day in the morning. The owner and the staff was super friendly! I had a chit chat and a whole salon tour before my hairdresser came. I was so fascinated by their Cuban ambience and their attention to details, it gave me such a feeling that I was actually at Havana kind of a place. Even though in a little higher-priced list, compared to other salons in Jumeirah, this place wouldt kill. The Cuban coffee was also a new thing to me! Loved the haircut! Definitely revisiting ! Dear FriendsI wish to express my first experience in the salon with all of you.Beautiful brand new place with all amazing services available thats when you look from a side ....I went to this salon refresh my colour and I was very exited to try the new place that is so near me. I didnt ask for colour change just a refresh of my existing colour. I was invited by Polish member of staff ( Julia) She guarantee that her skills are up to professional mark. Trust me Ladies is not true at ALL!!! please stay away from this hairdresser very unprofessional and very bad customer service. I was asking for simple blond baleyage and I walk away with black hair ... as per her she see me in darker hair and its look good for her. No apology just simple bad attitude. No manager in place that you can express your disappointment. Please be prepared when you go there and you are unhappy about your experience they will do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. AED950 for colour !!! Overpriced and Unprofessional this how I describe this salon.

Had a really good experience with casa havana i have been doing my nails and threading there for 2 years, they are clean, organized and polite. And I decided to try their hair services and the experience was amazing. Souad was a very good and friendly hair stylist, i did full hair color with her and she transformed my hair completely. She understood what i wanted and delivered exactly what i expected without causing any damage to my hair.

I threw in the salon I did protein treatment with the Algerian hairdresser it was really extraordinary she has golden hands in addition very kind I adore her professional work and the result more than perfect thousand thank you casahavana
