Maricel is an amazing hair stylist and color specialist. Absolutely love her dedication and commitment to her work. She does brilliant job in assessing the need of the client and translating it into her product.

My experience was amazing , was pampered by Fervie ,enjoyed the facial as it was very relaxing .The waxing and pedicure and manicure was handled very gently by her .Next I did my haircut and hair color by Maricel she too did an amazing job , a very good hair stylist and color specialist who caters to the needs of the clientWould definitely come again 😊

Not that good for eyebrows, even for waxing the ladies are in their own world.

I went today for the second time to this salon, and I was disappointed! I clearly mentioned i need to clean my eyebrows and keep the same shape and thickness. But because the lady was very racist, sarcastic and not focused on her work, she started mocking my curly hair rather than focusing on the thing she is doing. She didnt use the baby powder or rose water as she should and finally the results were disastrous, i have very thin eyebrows now and each of them is different shape. Never going back again!

Today I went I am a regular customer still inspite of that the lady being free made an excuse and did not take me to give me a flick trimShe was sitting in the room I went and requested but still did not budge . I have been visiting this parlour for almost an decade.. All the staffs out here are very cordial and super friendly...I have always done my eyebrows and hair with Ms Nushrath , she is phenomenal at her work and does everything so well, I dont even have to tell her , what is to b done...she knows me well...I just chill n relax...for the nail art or any work with nails u have to try jude… she is remarakable….I just love this east elegance in greens...

Awful place! Dont waste your time. Tried to have a gel manicure. The master left me with gel removal for 25 mins to go to serve another customers!!! so i had to remove polish myself, as it was burning a lot. The master removed several layers of the nail with metallic instrument, which destroyed the nails. While removing cuticle, she was nor careful and was pilling the skin, cut me also. I stopped the master in the middle of everything as my nails were destroyed and in an awful condition. Dont recommend this place to anyone!

The quality of service has dropped compared to the last place in tecom. The salon was very dirty lot of hair on the floor and the glass in front of the mirror was full of dust the salon needs regular cleaning and look presentable

Friendly staff and Good service.

I think they are opening a new branch and they sent some of ther crew there, so they now lack of crew members and you have to wait for really long.

Value for Money! Highly Recommended!
