This in a lovely setting slightly away from the pool, the staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble, enjoyed eating and drinking there. I decided to try the BBQ. It was honestly one of the best BBQs of my entire life. The selection of appetizers, salads and deserts was good and the quality of food outstanding, but the real killer was the BBQ. You could choose from a selection of fish and meat, which would be specifically barbecued to your order and the chefs knew what they were doing. As the package also was including a selection of good drinks, the evening went from outstanding to just perfect.

I am here post Covid19 , the pool restaurant staff are very prompt , friendly and polite , the food is very representative in quality and look to Hyatt standards, the pool itself is huge and has nice spaces and corners to relax , kids are is amazing with water slides and an infant pool , kid club is still closed , Awsome place to get out with family

Early in the morning on a clear Summer day @ the poolside of Grand Hyatt. Refreshing and relaxing. Later it is probably getting quite crowded and of course families coming for sharing nice moments together full of fun on a hot summer day in a cool place.

Great outdoor restaurant, and friendly staff.There was a lack of variety in the buffet, no soup to start with, no variety on the salad bar, and just Apple pie as a dessert.Nevertheless, they are offering one of the best live BBQ buffet, great outdoor ambiance and landscape.Liked the chilled drinks especially it was a hot summer night.Overall it was a really great experience and definitely will be back again.

Looking at the vast pool area, you can enjoy some snacks here. Typical but authentic French fries are winner of this pool side restaurant. Enjoy them with a glass of coke when the Dubai is in winter season!

A fun place to hang out with family and kids. They have a kids water slide and large pool for adults. We had cocktails from the pool bar that were reasonably priced.

The Pool in Grand Hyatt caters for everyone. They have one of the biggest adults Pool in Dubai and then they have kids pool with slides and also a toddlers pool with shade. I can fully recommend this hotel it is just brilliant and clean.

View are amazing, and having some domestic birds and animals are also nice..but it is quite expensive comparing to other poolside bars around!

I think the place is very normal. Service was not very good may be because they were busy. I asked them if they have prior reservation and was told no and then i found that they have which made me upset. Shisha was not very good and very expensive at about 150 dhm, almost double the price at other places in dubai.

You do not really know where and how to order from whom. Stand determined 10 minutes at the bar and were simply ignored. Very sad, otherwise very nice

Great hotel and wonderful pool! Soft deck chairs in the open air, under umbrellas and under sheds there is enough space for everyone. The pool is in several levels deep, medium and very shallow. In the deep there is an island in the very center, from which you can dive without harming the rest of the rest. In the shallow there are a couple of water slides and a town for children, where, by the way, and adults can stand under water jets with a pressure of different intensity. On the territory there is a bar and cafe, as well as you can buy ice cream and rent towels. There are locker rooms, showers and toilets for men and women. And all this is surrounded by picturesque landscapes. Thick greens, bridges, stream and live ducks. Excellent territory and a gorgeous swimming pool, in the evening they look especially magical when the lights are turned on in the water and lanterns light up throughout the territory.

A magnificent and huge pool. There are places in the shade which is very interesting for young children. The cocktails are refreshing and delicious.

For a city hotel. Huge outside area. The 5 star level has been maintained for 15 years. Unreservedly recommendable
