Visited this bar plenty of times and always love the ambiance. Also they have amazing staff, and they are always friendly. Their chef Arun visited us at the table and was so passionate about their food. And also Clio at the entrance was really lovely.The last visit I tried their burgers from their ongoing Burger Festival. I was amazed with all the variety of burgers offered.I tried their Thai Chicken Slider, Hara-Bhara Slider and The Big Hang Over Burger. All their burgers have different sides.My favorite was the Thai Chicken Slider which also one of their best sellers.Would definitely recommend the place. And not to forget they usually have live music which is on halt due to covid restrictions. Otherwise you can get some great food and good music to go with it.

Great place that provides tremendous atmosphere to watch live sports. Great staff and efficiently handled by Kateryna, their manager. Will surely visit again and highly recommend!

Arrived 10..08, after waiting approximately 15 minutes I had to call to get the waitress attention. Waiting over 15 minutes to be acknowledged and someone taking my order in a bar that was not busy was not my intended visit to this establishment, this is not the first time this has happened 2 weeks ago I had to wait 25 minutes before being served, on that occasion it was fairly busy. The management please take heed. I do enjoy visiting citymax, but today was not a good experience.REVIEW UPDATE...KATERYNA the manager rectified the problems and totally understood where I was coming from, Ive since been numerous times and I can honestly say the service not just for me but across all customers is amazing.Its nice to see both management and staff working together to create a great atmosphere.😊 thank you

Its nice place worth of money also, the staff is amazing specially the indian guy i forgot his name he is so attentive the right person in the right place even with the music he is so patient by giving the suggestions regarding the offers, the filipina lady also so sweet but i am surprised with the bar manager lady and her behaviors, she doesn’t represent the right customer service she is so tough we were 3 ladies looking for a table she told us to go out and wait with very bad way, when my friend went inside to ask her she told her to go out immediately from the place in front of everyone.It was shameful, i have been in similar places but this is the worst customer service which i have seen ever she needs to be more professional and well trained also.I had great time, with my friends and i was feeling sad because of the manager behavior she is absolutely disaster.

Great place to have some drinks and relax for a while. Staff is really very nice especially the indian guy from mumbai Joel took nice care of us. Surely will come back.

I was completely stoked enjoying the live music here. The food was decent & the offers on booze were just epic. A friend of mine has been a regular to this place since 2012 and believe me the staff here is a absolutely awesome!! If you love live music and can sing along to good English songs... This is your place to be!!!

Service is quite disappointing, rude and lacking attitude.Food is average or below. Place decorations are pathetic. The only good thing probably is the pricing.I do believe that MCFC fans must find a suitable place instead of this.Just a suggestion.

Very relaxing and value for money place.. if you dont like too much noise and crowd.. And want have a nice glass of hops.. With good snack items-This is the place.I really like the staff their Very welcoming and courteous. This place also have happy hours everyday from 4pm to 8pm and 12pm to 3am. Yes this place is open till 3am..and no shady crowd.This place also have a pool table and dart board, if you want to have some fun with your friends. And like a typical sports bar also have lot of screens to watch youre favourite game of football.

If you are into sports and want to watch an important game then The Huddle is your place to go! We dont drink but the appetizers were amazing. Tried the Fish & Chips and the amazing Chicken Wings which by far is the best we have had in Dubai so far.

Nice place, its sport one as LCDs are on sport channels only beside billiard table, generally its good place to see football matches but sometimes its boring, they have offers on the orders, but it seems the staff their doesnt like you to take it I notice that they jump on your head at the once you chose the table in order to not give you a chance to look to the brochure that hanged on the table , really I dont know why infrequently felt that, as per the citymax hotel, you have 30% discount on the invoice, but when they do the charges they dont do that even the room key was exposed on my table, even they didnt ask me if Im staying in the hotel, Im sure they ignored perposly , its frequent, happened in the last 3 times.hope they educate this to the waitersits not just to smile in the face of the customer but to do the right positive actions to him.
