Amaizng happy vibes and people are dancing!! Finally after Covid 19. Food and drinks are nice with good portions

I was there for their Caribbean bash night on Thursday and here’s what I loved and what I think needs improvement.Pros: incredible ambiance, lots of dancing, great vibes, good music. They had hired this incredibly talented steelpan player, he was great! Loved him and the dj!Cons: they only had 1 bartender and the place was PACKED so of course he was incredibly stressed out, they weren’t serving any of their cocktails/mocktails because he just didn’t have the time as there were so many orders to handle. So that was super disappointing because we had to just order simple house beverages and even then it would still take forever to get a drink.I ended up getting a bullfrog eventually and it was terrible, you could tell he was not making them with love, as he just did not have the time to even think about that. I really think that for a bar one of the most important things to have is good drinks, so I hope they prioritize and hire some more bartenders for the future.Also side note: the bartender was sweaaating and he was not wearing any gloves while making the drinks, I saw him touch limes and put them into the shots with his bare hands, kinda unhygienic too..

Good venue/location/vibe food is reasonable BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE BY WAITER WHO RACIALLY PROFILED, stood over us and insisted that we pay the bill while we were still enjoying ourselves and hadnt asked for the bill, presented a card machine without even presenting the bill, presented a faded bill that we couldnt even read, and even after speaking with the manager Amir about the bad service being told it was because people left without paying the bill though the other guests right next to us werent asked to pay their bills nor was any one else treated in that manner. DEFINITELY WONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. POOR WAIT SERVICE>MANAGERJUSTIFICATION. Ruined the vibe after that.

All you can eat sushi was lovely! staffs are very friendly, the restaurant gives a vibe you are in tropical place! the night we went, live music by Russians so that was fun to watch!

I visited the place twice. The first time the staff was nice and the sushi was great. The second time the staff were unprofessional. They don’t know the names of their own sushi platters and they tried to “teach us” the proper names of the sushi after getting a wrong order just so they don’t return it. Very low quality staff.

The food is nice the music is good feeling like home... The drinks are disaster daiquiri and mojito taste really bad ...they should think about changing the bartender .... Waiter doesnt have knowledge about drinks doesnt know difference between frozen and on the rocks I had to explain to him... Place to go ask for pepsi listen to music dance and go home.

A good vibe

Service was slow even though the place was empty. Food quality was closer to a fast food joint. Our server had his mask under his chin the whole time, and cleaning the table was basically emptying the ashtray in a cup, wiping it with a tissue, then wiping the table with a tissue. No disinfecting.The music was bipolar, switching from reggaeton, to house to Emirati and TVs were on the wwe channel. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing.

Very very low quality and absolutely not fresh sushi and service is very very very bad and unprofessional. They don’t provide what they promised until you walk out of the restaurant then the owner will run after you to chase you back. That’s what they do to everyone. And its not little havana but Sushi Nations under a different name. I would never ever go back again. Its same S’’t as as what you get at sushi nations but more expensive as its at the jbr.

This is a nice place to drink or dance with slow service team, never go for soshi or any other food they are not professional

Service: from welcoming to the moment we left...quite bad service...welcome was asking us what we want...with these words.Food quality: VERY BAD, sushi with lesser quality than supermarket sushi type...but at higher price. They Claim serving picanha but was a simple overly cooked cheap steak. (Seems they never been in brazil - or near...)Drinks: Bad, bad bad...i couldnt even finish my margarita because the bad alcohol strong taste was unbearable...(and i like margaritas which is a cocktail heavy in alcohol)Ambience: cheap sort of atmosphere... wellDepends where you hang out regularly u will understand what i mean...Overall...u get what u paid for 😕Sorry if anyone gets offended- just my opinion

I have never experience this lack of unprofessional service in any of the 40 countries I have travel to. Specially after moving to dubai you get used to 5 star service. I called to ask about the happy hour and they said till 9, even if on ig it says till 10. I asked the guy what was included since it was 8.30 and it said “no, it finished at 8” I said ok : I called (I still have it on my phone). He started to shout that I was lying and I said it’s ok then, after that he said a bad word in Arabic (he was thinking I don’t understand). Then the sushi wasn’t tasty. Another waiter served us but it was also bad.
