I usually do not write bad review, however this is necessary.1. Your seucrity guards are misleading unprofessionals who interfere where not needed.2. I only needed 1 black pen which HBL was unable to provide, and the pens at their teller desks are blue refills in black pens.3. Due to your misleading security person, the teller refused our cheque encashment and said to get a signature of the owner as the date was written in a different color.Is it common for you to hire unprofessional staff? Staff who will refuse to give you a black pen and later penalize you for not using one?Kind regards

Poor bank poor customer service called so many time for my bior metric account verification but they are saying they are not responsible for the NRP account if you are not why you people opening NRP accounts ?

Most inefficeint staff especially Raza Safavi. Its been more than a month I have been trying to activate my dads account but due to their lack of skills and support nothing has been done so far. I have called many times from Pakistan to different people but everyone is laid back and absolutely no courtesy to call back. Anyone wanting to loose their sanity, time and money should open an account at this branch. Really disappointed with the ineffable lousiness of the staff.

One of the best banks in Pakistan. Staff collaborates. However, it is difficult to talk to every type of customer, and unfortunately our companies do not train their staff in this matter or may consider such training a waste of their resources.
