Waiting time took a longer than the processing. even though their client is only 4 to 6 people π . i even took another number again just to pay. a customer service told me just go directly to cashier and pay. eventually i end up getting a number again for paying. the person who have good service was the cs 3 . that 4 star is for him. his name is momen nemer. keep it up momen.

Bank services are ok. The worst is customer service even If 3 or 4 ppl are waiting its takes 1 hour for your turn to come. There are only 2 customer service representatives. The branch online ticket queuing system has not worked. I remember once i have waited for 3 hours to meet a customer service executive
Guys...its time to change your bank and save your valuable time...bcs you know your time is gold....if you set your timing on google that you close at 10:00pm you have to respect that!Ive visited the branch today at 8:45pm and unfortunately all the staff plus security said we are closed already!!!Im sorry for being your customerI wanted to deposit a check..all the counters are close evan if there is four staff..and outside check deposit machine is out of paper..and as per them they cant do anything about that
I closed my dib account in 2011 and this year I went there for house loan. They told me you have charges you need to pay because the computer says your account hasnt been active. I told them no I closed it and you guys made me sign and ofcourse didnt give me any copy. Anyways i will take this issue to higher management, hot line and social media.

Extremely lazy and rude set of people work here. Even the security guard was very dismissive at first, but when I proceeded to put a Negative feedback on their customer service kiosk, he started coming on to me too much saying that the machine was not working and requested me to come tomorrow and stuff.The branch manager and customer service reps at the Mall of Emirates branch (Evening Shift) were 100 times more courteous and immediately tended to my needs in a satisfactory manner.
Never withdraw from any ATM of Dubai Islamic bank. Their Machine didnt work, and stole 800 AED from my account. Since 2 months, they dont pick up the phone and there is no service to take care of the ATM problems. Never go there, its the worst service ever !!!! I have been to the police, they say call the number of the bank. But no one is picking up.
Very bad experience for Indian that we visited today for number update in branch of ibn batuta mall. Near by 25 people as they shock and close by telling we dont have a cash our salary account created by Company. We visited to just update our contact number to activate our atm as we can wedraw money through atm but they treated us like we are begger.. We are shamed now that we ask Compny to open our account in dubai islamic bank its best bank now we understand the thinking of DIB employee...13 november 2k19 we visited...
If there is an option of no start in ratiing i would put it and that will be more than enough ... Worst branch of DIB . I ever been . Not recommended . At all . I would spend time and fuel and go to any other branch rather than coming to that branch . 4 customer service cointers are open . Among them only one is working . And more over the staff she is not even attending the clients but she is attending her mobile calls and taking her time in talking and people are sitting waiting . More over the branch manager seat is always empty .means you can not even find someone to talk to . And the bitter truth is tthose customer service representatives are favorating between the clients . Someone who has no ticket in the queue has entred and finished his enquiry and people who got tickets are sitting waiting and at 2pm . The reception lady and the guard lady starts saying that customer service will be available again only at 4pm .!!??! And what i can not understand is when u enter you will get a ticket were there are 20 customer waiting before you. And when you see the people sitting and waiting count them you will find hardly 9 clients . Means the issue is that there arr some clinets who really waited for looonnng time before you and they left coz they were not able to reach any of customer care representative . This is all happening with no control from branch manager or even supervisor .Last . My advise is if you are doing something you dont like it or you feel it does not worth it to be done . Just leave . Why you need to be careless and waste others time and efforts . In a week i came twice there and this scenario happened in both times i was there . @DIB management . Need your intervention and look at whats happening in your branch this is makes your standards which you have been setting for long time all go down . Pls loom into it. If you wish to explain more dont hesitate to call me . And even look at your google reviews . And check it . Negative feedbacks are everywhere and from everyone .

Worst service ever, only one customer service working while other has the Closed sign infront, minimum waiting time is 1 hour.While they dont serve new customers in the Shift changing time, not even giving queue numbers.
This is the first time to experience a worst customer service experience ever in my life. Need to wait for minimum one hour for small things, No call back or message from them for the status of the transaction .I had visited many times in Abu Dhabi branch and Mirdiff beach absolutely amazing service but here terrible.

The customer service is absolute trash. There are 4 counters but only 1 or 2 actually work. The service is extremely slow and disappointing. Have been called multiple times to the branch to complete simple requests due to their inefficiency.Edit on 28/04: They have moved their location to China court (near the Cinemas) unsure about the current service level
Staffs are not trained proper.Each staff advises different process in order to apply for a account closing letter.Still I did not receive a account closure letter after visiting twice.Today I was told there is no such letter whereas last week I was asked to visit after a week to get one after paying the letter charge.Not advised to visit this branch.Itβs purely waste of time.Good that I do not bank with Dib anymore.

Terrible customer care on the phone. I called once and was transferred to another department without letting me finish and no one was answering the phone there. I kept hanging there 5 minutes and deiced to call back. Same thing happened again. Please train your staff how to properly speak to your clients and cooperate in proper time.

Terrible. Worst services. Even when i try calling the automated messages but no clear option to choose to speak to a representative. Google maps only showing a million atms but no nearby branches. This is the worst bank i have ever had in my life and i regret terribly

I am DIB client for more than a decade. This is not DIB standard of service quality. I came here several times as branch is nearby but never received satisfactory services. Process is not smooth, no follow up, and even mistreatment happens unfortunately. I tried another branch to apply for the same service not fulfilled smoothly here after several visits, the other branch could process in one visit. When different branches vary in service quality, this disparity does not stem from DIB centrally, rather must be originated from branch management. Hope DIB consider some improvement in this branch.
