We ordered a kilo of the lotus cake and was easily one of the best cakes we’ve had. It wasn’t overlyfilled with buttercream and the cake was nice and soft. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The bakery in itself was well decorated and aesthetic. Would definitely order from here again.

It is nice Philippino cafe that is well decorated and tasty . The team is very friendly and attentive to details. They socialize with the customers which makes you feel at home . The decor of the cafe is nice and stylish. They have all king of sweets and cakes , specially the sweets that the Filipino likes .they have also halo halo drink .

The service and fast delivery through Talabat was excellent. Staff was very responsive on my queries before placing my order. Best part was the cake, my friends and I loved the moist chocolate Truffle cake! We will surely try the other flavors from this bakeshop.

We got upset yesterdays incident inside the shop. We are 1st time customer to buy a cake base on referral, but unfortunately its goes bad. We chose the red velvet 1/2 kg due of no other choices, (some flavors not available). There is two red velvet, and we chose one of them. The filipina get it and put inside to put msg, the baker (filipino/guy) tooked it and put inside the fridge, and get the other one from the counter. And he is telling something in his own language to the filipina, that we also can understand.While he is doing that, the way is very unprofessional, how to get the cake and acting to throw or drop it inside the fridge while talking in a anger/actions. Management can check if cctv installed.In front of the customers he is telling something and I know he is mad:for something else or mad because the lady give the good cake, instead the other one that baker want to sell it 1st.But before this happens to us, when I entered the shop they are all not in the good mood, the baker is mad already for some reasons. And I think there is some issues.But anyways, this attitude is unprofessional its not good if some customers are inside, that we can all understand specially if customers are same from Philippines, knows tagalog or their native language.I hope the management will do something, so it will not repeat again.Thank you,

We bought this Belgian Chocolate Cake ❤ yesterday it was soooo good. The sweet-bitter taste of the ganache and icing is well balanced. The cake was indeed moist. I liked its texture like as if I was nibbling a brownie cake. 😍 The packaging is so cute and just perfect to give as a gift for any occasion. And lastly, kuddos 👏 to the cheerful and accommodating staff *Carmen, Bernie and Radge). Our small chit chat is highly appreciated while we are waiting for our cake. It is definitely worth a 5-star rating. Good job to the management for this brilliant cafe. They are a must-visit place in Deira. 🤩
