Don’t waste your time or effort. Item listed as available on website, but suddenly in store not available, available only on pre-order. Asked when they were going to receive item and was told ‘like maybe around 30 September’. What a joke. This is after struggling with stupid non pram friendly doors and ramps. GIve them a miss, so many other better places to shop.

Jackie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I had no idea on what I needed or what brand was best and she took the time to explain everything and to answer all of my questions. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and has arranged for my items to be delivered and assembled to make it easier for me.Highly recommend, I will definitely be back soon to get the final bits needed for baby.

Worst customer service ever!Rather purchase from somewhere else if you can.Unfortunately for some brand they are the only supplier, hence monopolized. So, they dont care about customer satisfaction.Search for alternative brands not to be depended to this place.Hope main brands are reading these comments and change their distributor company.

Horrible customer service experience. Being a new mom during COVID is stressful enough and Just Kidding did not help the situation and was not accomodating. My baby shower was cancelled and we were being very careful who visits once the baby was born. After the baby was born we allowed family to come see the baby. One family member was not feeling well so we asked them to wait until they were better to come over. By the time they came and gave us the gift the 14 days for exchange had passed. We already had the same items at home and simily wanted to exchange for something we needed. The store did not allow the exchange of items so I called to speak with a manager. The store in charge spoke with their area manager and called me back saying there is nothing they could do as it passed their 14 day exchange policy. I realize this is the policy but during these unique times brands need to be flexible. I have visited many baby brands and they are all adapting with some even allowing exchange without receipt two months after purchase because they understand the situation. The way Just Kidding dealt with this situation is extremely dissapointing. I will be shopping at the brands who are flexible as they understand their customer needs.

Horrible customer service I bought the thing that is like the sleepy head ( but it’s the just kidding brand), i have twins so I went to buy the second one they said it’s not available and they don’t know when it will be back in stock, I asked to please sell me the display peace as my kids are used to sleeping in it, and I need the second one they refused. Why convince a customer to buy your brand if you will not make it available to the customer? I explained by situation to the manager that I have twins and I really need the second one and he was not understanding, refused to sell the one on display. I am very disappointed and I regret buying your brand, had I bought another brand it would have been available everywhere ! You are supposed to facilitate the life of a mother not make it harder!

Received my online order (a cot) that was ordered in-store but it was missing the mattress which they told me comes with it. Have tried contacting them no less than 3 times over the phone with promises of them calling me back asap each time over the span of a week, but this is getting ridiculously out of hand. I need to call more than 4 times just to speak to someone? Unbelievable.The Safa branch seems very understaffed, with me requesting help and waiting for at least 15 mins to get help from 1 floor staff member while 2 other staff members are just sitting on the counter on the computer.I am very very very displeased, and get less impressed everytime I go there. It wasnt like this. I wish I just ordered the same cot online from a different retailer, at least the customer service would be faster.

Non professional organization with bunch of fools heading it. Highly not recomended to anyone who is getting job in Just Kidding Al Matloob building back office. I bet you will be surprized and shocked to see working environment and top of that favoritism only works here to secure job(which is also you are not sure when you will be kicked)
