Excellent service. As Flydubai crew we get a good discount on tyres. I took 4 Nexen ones and got a one year warranty and passport for free 10k rotation. The whole work took an hour. There is a nice waiting room inside. Will recommend to all of my friends and colleagues.

Saaedi Pro DIP branchThis is my 2nd transaction with Saeedi Pro. They are really efficient, reliable and economical. I went for an oil change and tire patch repair with them this time and the technician is really good and finished the job ahead of time it seems like he is highly experienced thank you sir. Charlotte is easy to talk to and she is highly knowledgeable with the companys services. Ashwapal greeted me first and checked the car, he is cheerful and courteous, and the guy at the cashier Mubasheer is very professional and the transaction went smoothly. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable as well as the whole workshop. All I can say is with their collective attitude towards their work is a reflection of the kind of treatment they receive from their company. I dont see the reason why this place deserves high rating. The counter staff are always distracted and lack supervision. They lack experience of handling customers.

We had a punctured tyre and it was very difficult finding the tyre we needed. Saeedi Pro’ customer service (Katrena) was easy and pleasant to deal with through the phone. She arranged our tyre change within the next morning.The change was quick, the waiting room was clean and staff was pleasant.

Sent an inquiry on Whatsapp but no response. Went to the service center and have given my inquiry details but no response. Calling the telephone number but the Service Center is always busy and still got no response. Poor Customer Service.

Too slow service. Took over 2 hours to change 2 rear tyres.

Big garage, place was busy and there was queu of vehicles. Website was showing ac delco batteries but its no longer offered in the shop, had to find another garage that offers this.

I always do Oil change at Al Quoz branch today I said to try DIP 2 branch but unfortunately I did not have a good experience, the technician did not remove the under engine protection cover so he drained the old oil at the cover it and made a mess his excuse that the bolts are not good, next time I will go to Al Quoz branch they always know how to remove the underneath cover and do a good job. I think DIP branch is mainly for big cars, trucks and buses not for sedan cars. I tried once and will not repeat it again.

I had to change the tyres on my car, so went to Al Saeedi again, as I change the tyres for my cars there.Whilst there were not in stock, Mubashir at the DIP branch, got them organized in record time and I had my car back to me with all the work done in no time.Mubashir was excellent - I did not have to follow up once, he gave me the best prices and best service that one could ask for. Definitely a big asset to the Al Saeedi Team.
