I have used this family-run garage for several years now, and I have always found them to be trustworthy and good at communicating. However, yesterday they really proved themselves willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Due to a problem accessing a spare part, the repairs were held up for several hours. They knew I needed I needed my car back by the next day and although the garage closes at 4 during Ramadan, once the part arrived, they kept working to finish the job and I was able to pick the car up that evening. On top of that, the bill was several hundred dirhams less than I had been quoted. I have never had this kind of service from any garage in Dubai before and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Been here for a couple of works for my car including painting, as my car had fainted paint on some areas. And I must say very professional and straight forward work.Doesn’t try to scam and overcharge, does the work perfectly and honestly which is a must for garages.

Went with an issue in my car. They were very nice and diagnosed it on the spot. The diagnosis was correct. The mechanic estimated it would take 3-4 hours to fix and gave a high price for the part, I was a bit hesitant and asked for a formal quote. I went to another garage, they replaced the part in 15 mins in front of me and the original mercedes part was half the price mentioned by Five Star. Also, Five star never gave me an official quote or even bothered to call. I chased them for 4 days but they never got back to me. 2 stars only for the correct diagnosis
