I have had my car fix there from a severe engine failure. Two technicians have concluded that the whole engine have to be changed before I brought it here. Eng. Shane was honest and professional enough to troubleshoot thoroughly instead to jumping to quick conclusion and concluded that they need to repair and engine head only. That saved me a lot of money and saved me a good deal of risk.I have had the ease of mind and comfort since I had regular update through my phone .. I only had to visit the workshop to make a payment and to take my car when finished. They trusted me and gained my trust back.

Have been there few times to fix my car and they always did a good job but then I encountered this problem.I replaced my Engine belt Feb/2019 for AED175 and had to replace it again on 08/09/2019 for AED220. The funny thing was that the prices are different. Engine belt is not something that you have to replace every few months. It can last for long. Either it should be free or at least for the same price. I am disappointed.

Visited PerfectFix today for full service of my Ford Mondeo on a recommendation of friend. Manager Imran was very cooperative, transparent and accommodating.Car checkup was done within one hour and I was provided wiith list of issues that need urgent fix and also the ones that are not critical yet. My first impression is very positive. Based on this experience, I can say it is one of best and fair dealing workshops in Dubai. Will post pictures later.

We have brought multiple cars to the shop on various occasions ranging from regular maintenance to mechanical problems to car detailing and throughout all of these experiences, Mr. Ramzi and staff were always accommodating and with the services that they dont provide currently such as the car detailing, they agreed to facilitate and cover under their service. Another instance where one of the cars A/C was not working, I stopped by and the manager/staff immediately diagnosed the problem as low car refrigerant and filled at no charge. BEWARE!!! This place only ensures that your car is running even when there are plenty of other problems including engine, faulty gearbox, engine management system lights showing on the dashboard. When I asked about these issues, I was told it was the oxygen sensor and it could be fixed. Why it wasnt fixed the first time I turned in the car, I have NO idea. When I started the car, the engine was shaking and they said this was normal but its not the same as before. The car battery shows up and they said it was okay because the car can recharge itself. When I drove off, the car actually stopped in the street and I had to restart the car to drive off. I turned in the car a second time and asked them TO FIX the problem. I waited four days and my car was sitting in the lot. I picked up my car and asked to speak to the Lebanese manager. He said he was aware of the issues and it could be fixed with no labor charge and I would just pay for the parts. My response to him was that I paid his shop 3700 dhs and they had a second chance TO FIX the problem and they didnt so ITS TOO LITTLE TOO LATE!

For a woman it is not easy to go to a garage and deal. But the perfect fix team made a Very great job, doing in properly and they are a very nice team, very respectful and understanding.I recommend this garage strongly. I heard about Perfect fix from a friend, as my service contract has ended with Audi. i had a few issues with it according to Audis report but ofcourse it was going to cost alot to repair all of them. However, Ramzi, was very helpful and was able to fix the important elements with half the price with original parts.

Worst garage ever. Spent almost around 3500 but nothing has fixed. I went to fix my radiator and they replaced it 4 weeks ago and now its broken. I do not recommend this garage to anyone.

Amazing customer service and great job done

I brought my car in for AC repairing. They called me to collect the car and for my surprise, the car’s dashboard was damaged in many parts. All the areas around the AC was falling from the console, even the DVD was broken. The passenger seat was full super glue, which shows me that they used it all over to fix other parts they broke. Now, even the AC they ”fixed” is no longer working.

Perfect Fix have done a great job on my 2012 Ford F150 and even managed to send my car within the same day which was great I highly recommend this professional garage and Im looking forward to deal with them in the future as well as my friends, special thanks to Ramzi, Shane and Hussein. Thumbs up

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I found Perfect Fix here on Google. My car broke down and they were the only workshop open on the Eid holiday. They replaced my Fuel pump on my Volkswagen Golf GTI and I paid 1800 Dirhams. 1 week later my car broke down again with the same issue, I then took it to Volkswagen who said that Perfect Fix should have replaced the fuel control unit. I have now had to replace the fuel pump again and the fuel control unit and have had to pay for it all over again. I asked for a refund from Perfect Fix due to the mistake that they have made but they refused and now are not responding to my emails or calls. They are also more expensive than the dealer. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Not Recommended. I had to visit another workshop after few days and surprised to see they didnt do proper repair. Not honest and took a big sum money. The local workshop guy repaired it in front of me and was cheaper than them

They patiently explained the problem with the window mechanism. There was a bit of delay on the agreed schedule but they managed to deliver the next day.

Extremely satisfied with the service and work done. They went through everything and offered all work that could be done now or work that could be done later with no pressure. Will 100% go back and recommend them to others. Trustworthy and affordable.
