A very good garage and amazingly honest service. My car literally shutdown and they could have charged me anything and I would have paid it. However they fixed it for free as it was a very minor thing. Good service consultants . Roshan was very good. Specialist in British and European Cars.

Very good experience. Could have charged me alot more for something which they fixed for free. One tip though wherever you get work done try and buy parts with warranty from distributors. Garages get higher quotes. Overall very good service. Roshan was very cooperative.

The diagnosis they did on my Jeep Compass was excellent. The authorised Jeep service centre was a failure in it. The repair is done within the time frame and budget promised. Slightly costly but satisfied on the work.

A great garage to maintain a German car, fair prices and average turn around time, been taking my bmw 335 there for a couple of years, never faced any issues with them, ask for Harsha, he will take care of you. If you used ti maintain your car elsewhere, try to share with them your service history so they can avoid unnecessary replacements recommend by the service manual.

Its an good garage to get service for all cars

Went there to get the cars rear wheel bearings replaced. The job was done quickly and everything went well up until the point where the mechanic broke the plastic thing that holds the bonnet stick (?) in place. They tried to fix it but were unable to so they said theyll order a new part and come to my place to fix it the next day. I had zero hopes that thats actually going to happen but I was completely wrong.They made good on their promise and the guy who came to fix the new part just left 5 minutes ago.Definitely recommend this garage!FYI, Mr. Harsha was the one who I dealt with and he was really helpful about the entire thing.

I was treated with decency and respect by Max Garage staff, 29th street branch, after being terribly mishandled at two other service shops. The staff were honest and with perfect time management. Service advisor Harsha was not only transparent in his communication but also kept on his word and had my car ready well in advance. I was regularly updated and was advised of every little detail. The mechanics had even fixed a minor thing I had not shared with them but obvious to a trained eye. Truly impressed by everyone’s hard work! I highly recommend Max Garage, 29th street branch for their professionalism, thorough service and genuine customer care!

Great Service and advice!!

I bought Second Hand nissan tiida for just 18000AED Only and thought to give my car to the best Mechanics for check up and other necessary things that have to be done if required. I read all the reviews before going to them. Unfortunately they were not as good as i thought.... They sent me a quote of 5000AED.. WHAT!!!!!! which includes replacing of battery (I got it checked after 3 months again, the health of battery is almost perfect and charging is 100%), Change of Dip stick which was just not fixed properly they wanted to change it, Changing of wiper blades for which they quoted separately for just fixing them, Change in Belt (Yes that was not in good condition so needs to be changed) and other minor things which in total makes a bill of 5000AED.. I understand it is a business they have to bring out the cost of their workshop, labors etc but should show sensible problems like there was genuine problem with the Engine mount which they havent noticed even after keeping the car for 2 days.... i actually paid 500AED for the full car inspection which resulted in wasting my money.. They are really good if you have good amount of money to spend. It is simple if you change the whole part definitely your car will work well but sometimes things can just get repaired and they can charge for the labour instead of changing the whole part.

I am posting quite late. the service i recieved was just awesome. i took my mini cooper there for a bumper job. they actually fixed it for me at one thenth the cost of original. oh and did i forgot to mention that air-con waiting lounge come complimentary with unlimited coffee and wifi. a 100% visit again place! thanks a lot max garage!!!

He is one of the best service advisors I have come across. Patient, listens well and wil solve your problem you might have with your car. Max Garage and Jijo go hand in hand. I had been ripped off by many places but this place is full of honest and really good people. They believe in repeat customers. I have a VW Golf R and have been servicing here ever since. I wish I had found this place sooner.

I brought two cars an audi A8 and Mercedes Benz viano.The audi had a coolant problem and arm bush issues .The guys dealt with me professionally especially Rajesh and Anish.They were able to complete the job on time and the price are relatively fair.With the Mercedes Benz viano had air condition issues and they helped me to get it fixed.I would recommend the garage to anyone without hesitation.They have proffesional staff who truly understand how to deal with customers and dont take time with the cars as they get repaired on time .
