We have been using their services for years. It is an absolute shame they thought it would be okay to cheat and take advantage of a loyal customer after so long. They were bound to get caught eventually and to use insults after being called out is extremely petty on their part. They kept trying to repair an issue and boldly charging for the attempts every time. With each attempt they claimed the problem was fixed even though it wasn’t. We were even told “old cars shake like that sometimes, and there is nothing we can do”.After the 3rd attempt they sent the car to the Al Tayer repair shop in despair. They told us the Al Tayer diagnosis will cost us 3k and to repair everything it will cost an additional 7k with Al Tayer or an additional 3k with LT. They added that they will wait for our decision before proceeding with any works. By chance we happened to be in the area where the car was being kept in the Al Tayer repair shop and decided to check up on the car. It was at that point we discovered that Al Tayer had already repaired everything for 4.5k and the car was ready to be picked up. We took our car and called LT to understand what was going on and why they had given us the wrong information. They responded with insults and yelling. Absolutely shameful and despicable. There is no room for this kind of business in Dubai and I hope something will force them to clean up their act soon.
