Very bad work shop put use parts take money new parts also work very bad alwys lai about parts if you leave vehicle for repairs the use for them work

Such a bad place to be honest. i fix the crank shaft of my car with them and they purposely damage the other parts. In the start they behave different and after they take the money from you they will never care about you. The owner of the garage just wants to earn money with poor service. You will realize later that they change your original parts with the duplicate ones. They charge me AED 2500 for only changing the crank shaft and they damage the torque converter seal, after 3 days the oil is coming out from the car with leaks and when I called them they said they wont accept this and do whatever you want. Never go to this place

Stay away. Very unprofessional manager and staff. Zero customer focus. Will chase u with calls to come pick up your cars only to realize half the work is not done and with absolutely no concern for the invonvenience of the custoner.Very low class service. They dont bother to know whos who .. who owns that car or who is in for what defect. Tired and old.. like a business that has reached the end.I am not for polished expensive workshops but this lacks the basic customer focus and technical knowledge. Sadly owner used to be recommended in old posts before he owned his own shop.

Good people. They know their job well. Although they’re specialist Jeep people, they’re good with all American brands.Charges are quite reasonable and they return the vehicle quite quickly.Shakil Bhai was kind enough to assist in dropping me to the nearest metro station.I will surely use his services again for my other cars.

They replace the original parts with used ones and then they sell your original parts. Do not trust them they will destroy your jeep and this you will realise after some time when you get your car repaired from them. Once they steal the money from your pocket they dont know who are you. They destroyed my jeep srt 8 wk2

DO NOT go to this place, absolutely unprofessional behavior which starts right from the owner. Took my vehicle to buy and fix a spare part last week. Was told that the mechanics are out for lunch so outnof decency i simply bought the part and said i would fit it myself. i couldnt manage to so went back and asked them.to do it, and the owner says i should pay extra for it! they agreed to install but only after I pushed back and all along kept behaving like theyre doung me a big favor..all this for a fitment that litralky took 5 mins..clearly dont know how to treat and retain customers. Never going back.

Do not trust these guys with your jeep . They will replace your jeeps original parts with duplicate ones . They will purposely damage parts so that you go back to them frequently for a fix. unfortunately I realised this a little late. stay away from this place . I had an extremely horrible experience with them .

If you love your jeep , DO NOT go to this place , they are famous for replacing new parts of your jeep with old parts and selling the original parts

Jeep repairing specialist, big or small problems using new or used parts as you request. Fair pricing and excellent service. Hes Been in the business 30 years in Dubai ,I used to go to him in Umm Ramool, he recently moved to al quoz.(Jeep Cherokee 2001)
