The worst of all. They sold me a car double the price and gave me warranty when i went for the wear and tear they refused to help and were super rude. The servicing sucks and they dont even come to know the real problem in the car they just want money so they come up with one problem and then again they want you to come back so they charge you more and remove another problem in the car. They are fraudsters and ill-mannered i wouldnt recommend them to anyone. By far the worst service centre and car selling company who rips off money from people and sell damage cars and put people in mess. I had the worst experience and now i have to pay double to repair the car. Pls be careful of these fraudsters and save yourself.

Highly recommended, Autobank provided me with an excellent service for selling and buying my recent car. I also service my 2 cars there regularly as they have experienced mechanics and highly efficient management. Rare to find these days a trustworthy garage and headache free.

If you are tired of ridiculous repair and maintenance quotes from Agency or poor quality work elsewhere in Dubai, Autobank represents honest, knowledgeable and value workmanship backed up with a willingness to provide a decent service. While-you-wait oil change and inspection can be had with very little notice required with European cars being a speciality. No job seems to be too big to phase the technical people there! Well worth a visit if you are weary of other garages customer relations.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful.if you were looking to buy a car from them, you have to check it by experts because they will hide all its problems.Tasjeel test didn’t show any problem.I bought a second hand car from them and after 1 day it started to have problems: battery dead, high temperature, watershield tank was broken....After registration I found out all of these problem.I went to speak with the manager, he asked me to pay for the spare parts and once I refused he ask his guys to throw the car outside and ask me to leave his shop!Honestly this is the most disrespectful manager and cheater Ive ever met.I wish I can reply on your comment. but i can edit my review.Everything clear Ask the manager and he will explain.After My complaints to RTA we find out you changed the Car KM as well.I Sold that car to reduce losses to one Car dealer but in the end of the day in 2 weeks i lost 8000 AED 32% of the Car value (Price of the car 25000 )because you dont respect your business Trading and you prefer to cheat on people and make more income & Profits.
