I bought a Lincoln Town Car and called around several mechanics for performing a full service and break pad replacement. I asked for a breakdown of the services and parts, and MIK garage was the only garage to act with utmost professionalism, as they followed up with the full breakdown for the exact services at a reasonable price, and the management was very professional.I took my car there and they showed me all the service parts I requested, and they performed the exact maintenance as I specified. I was honestly very impressed by the service quality. Now, months later, my car is still running like a new car (and it’s 14 years old).These days, it’s hard to find honest businesses, and perhaps even harder to find honest mechanics, so I highly recommend MIK garage and will go there for any future service.

This was my first visit at MIK Garage. I went there with big problems for a complicated german car (VW CC). I had found them on a group on Facebook, someone highly recommended them. And it was one of the most satisfying experiences Ive ever had.Most other fancy big places I visited, either asked me to leave the car for a day just for inspection or they had kept me waiting in their visitors room for hours and in the end was given vague diagnosis with earth shattering quotes, given only the next day.At MIK, the guys are really nice and friendly. They took me for a test drive first and noted the noises, got back to the garage, put the car on the lift, identified the faults, called me and showed me each and every faulty part. Gave me options of what was the most important and immediate issue to attend to and what can wait and be done at a later time in case it had to be easier on the pocket if required. The costing for each spare part was acquired within the next 20 mins and a final quote with an extremely affordable cost was presented.Once I approved it they got to work on it immediately, my car was ready in two days in which time I got a call from the supervisor twice a day updating me on the status of the car.They did a fantastic work on the car. I even got a call after taking delivery to check if I was happy with the car repairs and service.

First of all, THANK YOU AHMED AND ALSO TO YOU YOUNGER BROTHER!!!I am so glad that I landed at the right place for my best friends Nissan Maxima Car major service.We knew from a long time that our car is sick, has oil leakage, and so many other issues. With the past few experience with the showroom and some other local workshops, we had completely lost trust when it came to things like genuine parts, reliability, customer service etc.After looking up on so many workshops online and with one of my friends suggestion, we finally came to know about MIK GARAGE. We searched it online and all we could read was about the wonderful reviews for the garage. So finally I ended up at MIK GARAGE and as read in the reviews I was welcomed by Mr Ahmed and his younger brother.As soon as I said I am here for a major service, Ahmed asked his younger brother to take the car for a ride along with me and come back. Car had a lot of sound from engine, leakage. On the way while ridong, Ahmeds brother was so friendly and calm that he told me the probability of reasons behind the sound and also explained his findings to the workers and Ahmed.I was asked to wait if I can so that they can diagnose the car and let me know what needs to be done.In 30-45 mins, they were ready with the findings. Ahmed showed me the problems of the car one by one and explained me about it along with the solution.They were so trustworthy and genuine that Ahmed even told me that if i could bring the parts they can do the fittings. No other garages has told me this!He told me that the car will be ready next day and as promised it was!Ahmed even send me videos of new original parts being installed and also showed me the old parts that were removed from the car.And the moment of truth, I reached next day. Our Maxima was looking brand new from the outside, we turned on the car, that feeling of satisfaction when the car doesnt make that big engine sound and I drove it and it was smooth like a knife on the butter.Ahmed even helped us with some touch up work.I will never forget this and i will be going to MIK garage for the rest of the time I am in dubai and will also refer my friends there.Very few in here work with so much genuinity and customer friendliness.Thanks Ahmed.

The branch head Mr Ahmed is a super nice and professional guy! I went to a lot of garages to get my headlights flicker fixed. No other garage could do it, they all asked me to buy new headlights. Mr Ahmeds team found out that there was an issue with the wiring. They changed the wiring for 100dhs and its been more than a year and the headlights are still perfect!

It is one stop shop of quality servicing for the cars at reasonable prices and Doing all kind of repairs either electrical, mechanical, denting, painting or air conditioning works. Car computers are also available for modern cars. One can easily relly on their service.

Went for servicing for my Mazda6 car and i am fully satisfied with their service.The mechanics they have are fully skilled and identify the problem very fast.I always contact Ahmed for any issue for my car and he is always responsive and never tells high price like any other garage.So for all my car issues I don’t have to go anywhere other than this one.

I had bought my 2013 ford mustang for electrical service and to be honest Im overwhelmed with the service and the staff. The owners Mr Ahmed and Mr Shahid are gem kinda people who had taken the responsibility to take care of my car and written it to me when its totally like a new one . I do recommend you guys to come and drop ur without any doubts for a wonderful service and guaranteed results.

Place is huge and very easy to find. Service was good. Ahmed is very professional and knows what he is talking about. He honestly explained whats wrong with the car and asked me to only changed the parts which required immediate changing. As an expat living here in the UAE, I’ve had some bad experiences with both the service for my car repair, as well as the pricing. It’s super difficult to also find accurate reviews out here because most of the time you can’t rely on people’s testimonials being genuine or simply placed by people who work for the business. In the US, most of the reviews we can use are generally more reliable on how people feel about a certain business.After doing some investigating, we found a blog for an expat who grew up in the UAE, that gave his feedback on different shops he valued for their service and honesty. He listed both MIK locations on that list of 5, but was particular to the Ras Al Khor location being outstanding.After going to two locations and getting an idea of the problem my Kia Sportage was having (the front right wheel was making noises when driving at high speeds, which I found out was due to the drive shaft needing to be replaced), I was introduced to Ahmed, the owner of the shop. He was very personable, told me of everything that was fine with the car and everything that needed to be fixed. After his shop completed a free inspection, he gave us the quote for the repairs.We were surprised because the shop we went to previously priced us for way more (almost double and their quote didn’t even include the four tires I needed replaced). The next day, we brought in the car and paid for the new parts before leaving (which Ahmed stated we would get reimbursed for if the parts we had were fixable).The next day, he sent us video footage of the old parts as well as the packaged new parts coming out of the box to verify that they weren’t giving us used items or simply using our old drive shaft or tires in the repair. We came later that day and picked up the car, paying a bit less than the quoted price he initially gave.I waited four days to write the review, just to make sure the repairs were fine. My car hasn’t driven this smoothly in 2 years. I really commend Ahmed and his shop’s quality of work, honesty, timeliness, and pricing. Will definitely use him for all of my future repair needs, even with my oil changes. At the very least, I recommended bringing your car in for a free inspection and see for yourself his level of customer care and the quotation him and his team will provide.

Great experience. I used to get service done by Al nabooda but shifted to this garage as nabooda wasnt satisfactory enough and also charging too mucg. Ahmad has always been helpful in figuring out any issues with the car, understanding my expectations and also recommending the best solution. He would also tell you if a part needs replacing or can continue till the next service cycle.

I have had my 2013 Mitsubishi Pajero serviced here, oil, and breaks. Ahmed is one of the most trust worthy and professional men in the auto mechanic and repair business. He team is high quality, the work is done quickly and with great care. I would highly recommend the Ras al Khor branch location, it is convenient and comfortable.

One of the worst garages ever, very unprofessional, they work on assumptions of what could be wrong not experienced and they will rip you off specially when they get you the parts themselves, the list goes on.

I am very much satisfied with the approach and the service quality of this service center. Initially QIC referred me to AUTO FIT GARAGE but I had very bad experience with them during my last service. Thanks to QIC for reconsidering my request and suggesting this garage.

Since the first time I visited the garage for a regular service oil and filter change. And had to simply just top up the AC gas as the cooling was low.My car was perfectly running untill I was suggested to drain all the AC gas and refill. Not very sure what have gone wrong when doing so, however my car has got major electrical problems since then.It is almost a month from the time I visited MIK garage for a routine service and got major electrical problems free.They kept my car with them for 2 weeks trying to fix the issue(as I was told). Untill I received a call from a unknown person who mentioned my car was parked outside his shop and he would call the cops if I dont move the car. When I called the owners son Ahmed to check, i was shocked to know even he was not aware. When my wife and brother in law visited his garage in the evening to check where the car was, I was shocked with his ARROGANT and RUDE behavior and speech. I immediately moved my car out to another garage who I trusted.I was assured by Ahmed that he will fix the problems and give me the car in the same working condition it was before I visited his garage. However the car is still not fixed and he has not even bothered to check with me. As I am bearing the pain for the mistake done by them and I still dont have the car working even after it cost me Aed 3000. From a regular service of 250, I was made to pay and change AC parts stating its necessary and the car will work fine.I would never recommend this garage as I feel the overwhelming customer service shown is only to lure people into the trap to pay more.This in the unconventional way of making money by building trust with the customers.
