Made inquiry once for major service. Someone keep calling back until I decided to bring in the car.Made appointment. Turn out they are very busy (as admitted by the person who took my appointment). Could have recommended me another day and time.Assigned one guy to work on my car. Seems like he is not sure what to do.Recommended to change oil, spark plug and air filter. I asked if they are doing top up of other fluid (coolant etc) they said yes. I don’t think fluid top up done.The car suppose to be washed after service. But it wasn’t. When I asked, they said to give them 15 minute. Car was not wash, just wipe.Staff is friendly as needed.Garage full of very expensive car. So if you have cheap car like mine, other garage available. If you have expensive car and (extra) money (they are more interested) then this place is (maybe) for you.This is personal review based on how I experienced it. Nothing against the individual or the shop itself.

I got my car interior detailing and exterior polishing done.Must say Im pretty impressed by the quality of work done.Sales advisor Ms Mona and service advisor Mr Tayyab explained every aspect of the whole process and pricing was reasonable and definitely looking to come back again.

From my first contact to the delivery of my car I had incredible service from the team at Apex. Providing prompt quotations to updates on the repairs done, I never had to call to know what was happening. My car was delivered sparling clean and all issue fixed. These guys even managed to fix stuff that the agent hasnt manage to fix in 4 years of services. This will be my new goto repair and service center.

I had a brand new Range Rover Autobiogrpahy Long edition in black. Apex completed the black edition for the whole body, the door handles, logos abd spoilers in black. Painted my wheels shiny black. Painted my brake callipers bright red. Then they protected the whole car with a nano ceramic coating. Its now been three months since the work, and i scuffed one of the painted wheels. The car looks stunning. The people are kind, engaging, professional and the after sales service has been world class. And i am a difficult person to deal with. I am recommending Apex to all my friends and family. Mahmoud and especially Rihab made everything from pre sales patience over weeks and months and getting me through the whole experience ridiculously happy.

When it comes to mechanical work they know nothing. And they will charge you for parts that haven’t been replaced. Its rip off.

Worst experience i ever had in my 12 years in this country ( body paint )1 they took my car without informing me that a letter from police is required before starting the body work and after removing the original colour they realised that.2 five days after choosing the colour from there own catalog they called and said they gave me wrong catalog3 promised time was 7 max 10 days now it has been three weeks and my car is still in there ( garage )4 received a call yesterday to pickup my car when went to check the paint was so wrong and all over the bumper door handles and around the shark fin which + it had a gap and looked like it has been glued never had any damage in my car was shocked when i realised that the door panel was glued camaro stripes had bubbles everywhere.every now and then someone new contacting me introducing himself as a manager and keep promising with loads of ( bla bla bla ) and nothing happeningFor the couple of times I’ve been there all the costumers were complaining from similar experiences as mine( i wrote the same review on Facebook they’ve deleted it and blocked me that’s how professional they are ! )

Terrible work , the painter ruined my car , I went there for 1 fender repaint and I got surprised to see the painter had painted the whole front of my car with messed up orange peel clear coat and ruining my manufacture paint , lately he promised to make it look better if he get another chance and ruined it again , now my car value had dropped for 4 repainted panel when I just wanted him to repaint 1 plus I ended up losing money for the worst paint job I have seen in years , and there is an egyption guy there he will just criticize customers when they are unhappy with the job

Bought a cobone voucher for AC service at Apex Garage. The works included(mentioned) in the voucher seemed fair to the amount. But was really disappointed with the service provided. All they did was a minor visual inspection, pressure check using gauge & a bit refill. Would have got better service from any workshops for the same amount paid. If anyone planning to use a cobone voucher, i would advice to keep out. Apart from that, they seem to provide all type of services as i could see a lot of expensive cars in their garage. Please dont provide false info to lure people. Even lost my faith in cobone....

Pajero with dents and dings, not too many.The sorted all and did it for 2400 aed..Very happy with result, missed a spot on the roof when polishing but paint work turned out better than we imagened.. I was worried with reviews I had seen.. End result, would better had I collected the car there.. I could have had them sort the missed spot before I left.. Communication could have been a little better but must say happy with the work.
