Nice building. Famous and vary weird construction.

Of course this tower is one of the most well known architectures in Dubai. Day view is spectacular but also night view is magnificent too. I got opportunity to consider this as a choice of residence. Unfortunately, I have chose another place but still now I juggle between the twos!

It has a 90° view... which is breathtaking.. .

All glitz and no glamour. You would think an iconic building like this would be one of the best in the city. Well think again, no WiFi in common areas or cafe, pool chairs are the worst and management blames COVID, but the two buildings next door have proper sun beds. Parking is horrible and the construction is a nightmare. Not worth it at all, so many better choices in Dubai.

Cayan Tower, known as Infinity Tower before it was inaugurated, is a 306-metre-tall (1,004 ft), 75-story skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by Cayan Real Estate Investment and Development. The tower is designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill SOMarchitectural group, the same group who did the concept design for the Burj Khalifa, also in Dubai, and Trump Tower in Chicago. Upon its opening on 10 June 2013, the tower became worlds tallest high-rise building with a twist of 90 degrees. This record has since been surpassed by the Shanghai Tower, which opened in February 2015 its also known as shayan tower 2017.The twisting design of Cayan Tower was achieved by rotating each floor 1.2 degrees around a cylindrical elevator and service core. Cayan Towers apartments are designed with reconstituted wooden floors, Chinese synthetic marble counter tops, and kitchen fixtures. The tower also includes a five-story parking garage behind it. The Cayan Tower has house financing options available for those residents who may want to lease out their weekend or holiday condo. The rooms of the tower are designed in such a way that it wouldnt be affected by direct sunlight due to titanium-colored metal panels on cast-in-place concrete columns aided with repetitive staggered screen panels to stop penetrating sunlight from disturbing the residents of the unit. The lack of balcony space helps with the feeling of enclosure and passive solar shading.

Lived here for 4+ years. Used to love this building, but poor management and the never ending turnover in management companies has ruined the building. So sad... I can’t wait for my lease to finish so that I can get out of here.

Famous for its twisted skyscrapers, Cayan Tower is located in Dubais marina. I went to August 2017. Its certainly twisted, but it didnt feel so noticeable because it was surrounded by skyscrapers.Also, Dubai in August is hot anyway, and the temperature rises to about 45 degrees Celsius. Its pretty hard to walk a lot outside.

Nothing is perfect, but still one of my personal favorite tower,in Dubai - Marina. ✔✔✔

Beautiful tower Day and night its worth coming to see her. A marvel of architecture as it is most of the buildings of this wonderful city.The effect of led lights at night is beautiful.
