Rubbish people and rubbish experience...AVOID!Poor experience in the arcade. Cynically priced, poor customer service, half the games not working. I would rather spend the extortionate amount of money for their credit on buying my kids actual good quality toys that they want rather than playing a bunch of rubbish scam-like games collecting measly numbers of token to trade for poor quality toys.We bought the 150 credits with 50 bonus credit. So 200 total, right?! Wrong! The bonus credit can only be used on the baby rides and NOT the games. Really crafty and scammy operators.Apparently you get a free ice cream with your game card but when we went to claim, we were told we needed a receipt. When we went to the games counter to ask for a receipt, they said we were too late.Would never visit this again. Old, dusty, unfriendly, cheap, cynical...the list goes on.These are the kinds of ‘family entertainment’ I prefer to avoid.

Nice and best place to chill. There is bowling and some arcade games. On Monday it is only one AED 1 for digital games.

Great place for kids teens and adults alike. Currently some activities are closed due to regulatory requirements. Bowling was really great over there and even pizza was wowwwwww.Best thing is their online reservations.Highly recommend for an enjoyable family day out

Half the arcade games werent even functioning

The most pathetic experience I have had in my life ! People are rude and act like robots as if they don’t have any answer for you. My son won 500 tickets on a game that he played but the machine didn’t give any tickets on claiming they said it was someone else promotional card which was swiped before mine and hence my son doesn’t qualify for tickets ! I tried explaining that if someone swipe a card and play a game and win something you cannot penalize that person for following rules. My son was heart broken I had to waste 1 hour during fasting explaining that a system error is not customers fault.. but all i got was our manager is sleeping and not available and we can’t help you.Please don’t waste your time and money which I did at such a pathetic place who knows nothing about customer service and don’t agree on following principles .
