We had an amazing experience! We enjoyed the puzzle rooms with unique challenges and we’re thankful to the TEPMaster who assisted us in most of the games and made sure we’re having fun doing all the activities! 👍☺️ We also appreciate the sanitation and cleanliness of the place- will definitely visit again with my family & friends!

Very good place for team building. They have hard obstacles though. Great place for indoor bonding activity with family and friends. It’s a little bit pricey though, 99 aed per hour per person and for sure you need at least 3 hrs to finish the game 😅 But if you just want to experience, it’s a must try in Dubai!🤗

The challenges need to be complete in a certain time.A must visit place . Great environment and ambiance.

An ultimate indoor adventure experience! Located in JBR with easy access to parking - this place should definitely be in your to-do list with your friends. A power packed adventure of 21 challenges related to patience, logic, skills and fitness. A super fun place to visit with friends - some of the rooms are extremely challenging but fun at the same time! Highly recommend to visit this ATLEAST once!

A must visit place to challenge your brain and fitness! 21 crazy challenges to complete, you can select level from bronze, silver and gold. The place is huge, with loads of hidden caves. Each challenge is completed by team of 2 or 4. All Sops were followed properly for safety and hygiene. Definitely visiting again soon! Good for kids above 12 yrs old

Was there yesterday and it was super fun experience. We were 4 of us and it was perfect. Every challenge is different and there are 4 categories: logic, fitness, patience and skill. You will need to apply teamwork.We didn’t finish all the challenges in 2 hours so need to go again 😍

5/515th May 2021Came here with a group of 10 people. We were split into two groups.I really enjoyed all the different activities. As someone who did it for the first time, it was challenging and engaging as well.I think its a good place to come for a date as well - given the person youre taking with you is into some activities! Definitely recommend it.The people here were very helpful as well.Hope they add more rooms so I can come back again!

Me and my team had so much fun at Tepfactor! I could stay hours and hours if I had the ability to not get tired.. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful! Since it was our first time we were abit confused however I would definitely go again now that I got the hang of it. 10/10 Totally recommend this place for fun!! ;D

This is the new big thing for puzzle solvers and fitness challenge. The difficulty level is just perfect as well, not too difficult or easy. Best thing about the place is the staff, great service and advices. Highly recommended for a fun 2-3 hours for a group of 2-4 persons.

This place is really fun and challenging. One trip is diffently not enough. Best with a group of three to four people. The rooms are a lot, about 20 and each carry fun and challenges. The staff is supper friendlyI recommend TEPfactor for the whole family.

Good place to spend a day filled with activities. They have good rooms of logic and fitness. Wear comfortable sports shoes as most of the room are for fitness activities. All members of the group must be willing to perform the tasks. Its a good place for team building activities.

I really liked the idea! We assumed 2 hours would be enough time to finish all of the chambers, however we were mistaken... The challenges are quite well-designed, and they put you to the ultimate test.Only 2 problems I had, one was with specific fitness tasks (because to a previous arm injury) and the other in which we had to crawl into a very dark room (I have claustrophobia issues and would have had a panic attack if I went ahead with the challenge). I felt horrible for my teammates who made it to the finish line but couldnt receive the points because of me.Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Ill definitely return.

When you dont know where to go and have fun?? A must visit place in Dubai. Best location its in jbr the best hub in Dubai.You wont know when you time will be over. This is the cave where you put your skills to test. Strenght, physical, gaming, mind you name and you have it. Dont forget to visit.

TEPFactor experience was great, but didnt enjoy it much as I did not understand the riddles and it was quite difficult. If the challenges were clear and all had the same average scoring instead of choosing bronze/silver/gold and having to leave the room every time the alarm goes on and all that.. it wouldve been better. Yes, you have to come in activewear gear and is not friendly with unfit clients. However, I hope these concerns are taken seriously and changes are made to make TEPFACTOR Client friendly activity space.

Great place for a short jaunt. The physical challenges were not too difficult, the ones requiring logic though were a breeze. Highly recommend it for an hour or two. It is great fun and way better than Jumble. Brian, our game master was very helpful and kept a positive attitude throughout which was nice to see.

This place was so much fun. There were 21 challenges my friends and I only completed 5 but we loved trying out new task. The staff was so welcoming and encouraging. It’s not important to win all challenges the attempt and fun with the friends was the highlight for us.Definitely going back with others here

Great place but should have a beginners level games or a guide for those who are doing it 1st time and are not so physically fit. Should be also catered for more fun with easier games and less tiring and taxing ones.

Just a great place to visit and magical memories are made at tepfactor, a wonderful place to take your friends, family and even your colleagues for a memorable date. My experience was beyond my expectations I felt young, fresh and full of power & passion. We didn’t want to leave before passing all the challenges. Staff was really helpful especially Ahmed he was motivating us .It was such one of my greatest experience I have ever had in Dubai.

Its amazing that such a place exists. I really enjoyed all the challenges which were creative and exciting. Its a very nice spot if you want to have a fun birthday or you want to do a super fun activity with your friends. Plus, the location is quite convenient and perfect for spending the day.Each challenge is unique and there are 4 types of challenges: Patience, logic, skills and fitness.Each challenge has three difficulty levels, bronze, silver and gold.Ill definitely go again. A great mental and physical challenge giving importance to team spirit. Categories are fitness,mental,skills, patience etc. Parking free only if we play for 2 hours.

Probably the most fun you will have with friends in a crystal maze lookalike experience.

We had such a blast there! It’s very straight to the point, which differentiates it from what we know as “escape rooms”. They are caves with challenges (skills, patience, fitness and logic) and you can enter and leave at any point. It took us 2 hours to complete 20 out of the 21 rooms, and we will definitely go back to finish them all.They were very careful with all the safety precautions due to Covid and we all felt very safe. The staff was so lovely I had to take their names. Shoutout to Krish, Munzer, Dioraly and Joen for making out experience extra special. You won’t regret to go there, specially with friends!

The challenges were really fun and the time which was an hour was enough, you can have more than an hour for an additional price

It was a good choice to come here with my friends for my birthday. We were all first timers so it became more fun for us to not know exactly what we needed to do/ accomplish. Its quite pricey but worth it. Will definitely consider coming back

This was one od best Dubai experiences ever! I took my friends for fun and we end up laughing, helping each others, thinking outside of box and much more. I really like the place but the safety for the physical games is a big fat zero, I broke my foot and absolutely nothing could be done, the place definetly needs an uplift and more safety precautions.

Visited this placed on May 5th to celebrate my daughter’s 13th Birthday after reading rave reviews about the place. The place was a huge disappointment & wouldnt even be close to Jumble in any respect. i have personally been to Jumble 4-5 times & I kept goin back because of the customer service & variety of rooms available. To start with Tep factor is much smaller than Jumble with only 20 rooms, clues inside the room are way too short with only 3-4 word clues which makes it impossible to even know where to start. However, what irked me most was the lack of any help from any staff at Tep Factor. Total in all there was 1 staff available to help you with regards to solving the puzzle & that staff was also positioned at the entrance rather than around the puzzle rooms. If you needed help, you need to go all the way to the entrance to call the lady who wasnt very willing to help either as opposed to Jumble where you have close to 10-15 members always hanging outside the rooms just in case anyone needed help. Huge huge disappointment & am never going back again & personally wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

It was amazing! My parsnts took me and was soooo fun! I really liked the physical obstacles and I was proud of myself when I got into a locked room in 1 hour!

Its great fun but you need to be a bit athletic. There are 4 themes to the rooms, patience, logic, physical and skill. Most rooms no matter the theme needs a bit of fitness/physical activity so be prepared. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience!! We were a group of 6 adults and had a great time! Games are a good balance of fun and challenging and theres something for everyone! The only remark would be that some of the clues in the rooms are very vague and you need to call one of the staff to explain the game, would be nice if the instructions were just clearer.

Some of the games were weird.I would say should warn people that they should be fit to a certain level or above a certain height (I dont have any issues with either) to be able to play the games.Overall it was a good experience.You get 3 hour free parking.We unlocked alot of rooms.We deifiantely go back to finish the rest.Good thing there are levels of difficulty.Otherwise wouldnt have been able to do alot of them as a group effort.So can challenge ur self to a more difficult level and come with some one else.Its a one time place to visit for sure.Dont eat a big meal before going.Let the games begin ;}
