Perfect place for kids to have fun. There is a soft play area with slides, climbing walls, games, and a waiting area for adults while kids enjoy. Another best thing is that they frequently sanitize the area.

The worst place ever today I went there in motor city branch the place was full of people!! Also they were extremely not organized. And the most important thing they hurt my son emotionally they didnt let him enter the trampoline as they said its not allowed if he is under 110 height however there were so many kids who are shorter than him inside .and when I talked to the manager she was extremely rude .and didnt understand my point of view .my son wasdisappointed. If they are really following rules they have to apply them on all people equally!

I had one of the worst experiences at this place, one staff member was so rude and called me with a bad name when I asked her to let my 11 years old daughter to go to pickup my 2 years old daughter from the soft area.She refused and asked me to purchase a ticket, which she already had but for the climbing area, and it was time to go home, all I wanted is only for my 11 year old daughter to pickup her younger sister from the soft area but unfortunately it was rejected with a very bad attitude by this particular staff member.

We spend a few hours here with our daughters (3 and 5 years old) and we had a great time. The have a climbing wall area with different types of walls, a large bouncing area and a playground equipped with all what the kids like. We paid 120 dirhams/child for 30 minutes wall climbing, 30 minutes bouncing and unlimited time playground usage. Being recently open everything is new and shining. The personnel is well trained, smiling and helpful. In the middle of the shop the parents have an area with tables and chairs from where they can monitor their kids playing. It is advisable to have water and snacks with you otherwise you can buy from the near shops (5 dhs for a small water). Good ventilation, clean washrooms, nice music ... Congratulations to the management / owners ... good job. We will definitely come back

Usually a fun place to take the kids, but today it is very very crowded and am not sure about the hygiene and precautions taken as many kids inside are sick and coughing 😑🙁 we had to leave...

Good for kids

Good fun for children. They have a good soft play area, rock climbing, a trampoline area and some games. Because of Covid, they have shut down some areas of the soft play area like the balls section which has resulted in fewer attractions for kids. But their sanitising routine is very effective and thorough. A little on the higher side as far as money is concerned. 60 AED just for the soft play area! They dont have any eating options within Fun block, just some vending machines. So if one is planning to make use of the whole day access to the soft play area, one has to come equipped with some snacks so that children can eat and go back in. Overall a good place for someone who is living close by at a walking distance. If you are making the effort of getting in a car then you might want to consider a bigger and better equipped playing area.

Just wow!!!! My boys (twin 3 year olds) and I have been coming here 5/6 days a week since we arrived in Dubai. I literally can’t explain how great this place has been to help is settle into a new country and make really great friends. The staff here have been second to none, honestly the best and most caring bunch of guys we’ve come across at any children’s facilities. We tried out many places here in dubai but this place was the best. The care and concern the staff show to every single child here is heartwarming, so nice to know your child is genuinely loved and cared for here! We know all the staff by first name basis including my boys (we give them all a hug upon entering and leaving!) so BIG BIG shout out to the gang at Fun Block in Moyer City (Mona, Russia, Burna, Rio, Lizelle, Prasil, Dipesh, Faiz, and Syed!!!!) you guys have made our Dubai experience unforgettable and have made my boys fall in love with all of you and this place we see as another home. So thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to keep coming here as much as possible during our time here - thank you also for making all the children and parents feel welcome here, we’ve made so many great friends because of that. Normally my family are big fans of Fun Blocks and tend to go in quieter times, my toddler loves the play block area. We have had monthly memberships for three months over the last two years. Post-quarantine the location seems desperate for more staff to help supervise or manage the poor behaviour of some of the visiting children. Running up slides, blocking rides or pushing the smaller children or toddlers. Current capacity for the play block area is 55 in comparison with the climbing and trampoline area which are about 8. Unfortunately, it just isnt good enough and with only one staff member on the large Play Block area to manage both admissions and the activity inside there will always be incidents.The other areas seemed more sensibly occupied and looked well managed.Very disappointed and I cant say we will be visiting in the future.

Am changing my rating to 1 star as i cant make it less than that because the experience that my son had today, the staff and the store manager ( Vanessa) were super rude and unprofessional dealing with my son and my wife . They dont care about the kids and how do they feel and also they are unfriendly while they are working in a kids playing area.The top management should take a serious actions to stop this unprofessional way of dealing with customers before they lose all their customersAlso while they were talking unprofessionally with my wife and son, my wife told them I will post this bad experience on the social media then the store manager told her to post whatever you want and we dont care. Is this the way the branch manager should deal with the customers?I need someone from the top management to contact me urgently.

The 55 person limit in the softplay as a Covid precaution is ridiculous the softplay is way too small. Parents are required in the softplay to watch their toddlers but many sat together on one spot chatting.There were a group of fathers chatting in the softplay with masks on their chin, and a few mothers too with masks as chin decorations.The place was overrun with bigger kids too...maybe this is allowed...but with toddlers in the same enclosed space too risky. A cheap place to pass the summer but not worth it.

I spent good one and half hour with my 8 years old daughter and 2 years old son in fun block yesterday. Met amazing staff specially Rim and her team. Rim such a friendly, helpful and professional at all times. The games are new and clean. Climbing,bouncing,and I can tell kids loved the play area too😍we absolutely will be back again#highly recommend

Great play area for children, from sitting age to about 12 years. Trampolines, climbing walls (8 different ones), arcade games and a play block area (ball pit, ball shooters, tunnels, slides etc.) Good toilet facilities and table/chair seating for about 30 people. Ample and friendly staff. Just need food/drink on sale and WiFi! (Go to Ace Hardware next door for water.)

Clean, organized, fun caring staff, amazing manager. The kids love it and they are just 2 years old. I dont have a problem if they cant go on some of the activities because of their height...I say safety first always. Value for money when you get the monthly membership.

Very poorly managed reception communication in oasis mall, must be changed, they must provide a place for parents to sit like in other fun block branches, many people can have giddiness standing long time, the rock climb was good service by caretakers.its not worth it.

One of the few indoor play facilities which offers a good value for money, which means it is always full of other kids to play with. We like the add-on system, which means you can choose a basic membership covering only the soft play, or the extended version which includes trampolines and climbing walls.

Not good for Autistic children, gave my son a 3 month membership then said he was to tall to go in to play with his 3 year old brother, even though adults can go in with smaller children. Mis communicated rules and process. Unhelpful staff who did not want to solve the issue and caused my son too have a meltdown.

I go in the mornings. Its nice to spend an hour or two in this place. A little on the expensive side and no snacks or even coffee which is why Im giving it four stars. Other than that Ive found the staff to be helpful and kind.

A must for local residents with young kids during the hot months. The climbing walls are fantastic and our 4-year old was able to enjoy since they are based on weight, not age/height. The 3-month pass pays for itself after 4 visits.

The problem with the place is that the doors are open so anyone can walk in or walk out without any monitoring. So the kids can go out or an adult would take Any child without anyone noticing. There is a small seating area with table good for children to sit and have food however you never find an empty table because people reserve these few tables by putting their stuff on them for the whole time the kids are playing, when I complained to the manager her answer was we cant do anything ( she didnt say sorry for that and we will try to add some more tables) I told her just start charging for these tables per 30 min and people will stop abusing them and reserving them for the whole day.

1. Do not accept Fun City cards.2. Force you to purchase their sticky socks- the only play area where sticky socks is mandatory.3. Rude staff4. soft play area lacks proper lighting.5. Do not sell drinks or snacks.6. Average soft play area.7. Nannies sitting around in groups inside the softplay area while the kids run around. Staff insist on monitoring your kids but do not enforce the same rule on the nannies.8. Never visiting again. What a mess !

Kids had so much fun here... they have a 30mins climbing 30mins trampoline and open time for the play block :)Nothing here to eat or drink which is a bit of a shortfall.

This place is so terrible and the call center does not even know what is true or not as they told me that there was an offer and that all my children can play all the facilities but that was not true. This is really irritating and i would not suggest this place to anyone as extreme fun down the street is a better option.

This is a nice concept but seriously understaffed. Only 1 staff member in each block to take care of loads of kids is far from enough and far from safe. Overwhelmed staff members were sending kids out of the block because time was up but no parent there to receive the child. I saw very young, unsupervised children crying for their mom who wasnt even in the building. Waiting 20 mins to get a ticket, children just standing hooked up at the climb block while the one trainer tried to help 10 kids at once, older kids going crazy in the soft play area and barging into toddlers... not ok. Loud music and really expensive for an hour of stress for everybody.
