Awesome place. Food was good but the ambience is superb. My daughter enjoyed it a lot. Chris is an excellent person helped us with the choice of menu and served us the best.

Superb concept. Though a bit on the pricier side we loved everything that we tried, from drinks to food. Great place for kids. The Sparkling Volcano is a must-try dessert, enough for atleast 3 people. Rest of the items we tried included Awesome appetizer adventure, Chicken tenders, Mushroom ravioli, Truffle mac and cheese, Mango Paradise and Mango iced tea. None of these disappointed. Friendly and organised staff.

The star is for the decor,Pepperoni pizza came without pepperoni, and looks sincerely terrible. They proposed to give us the pepperoni so that we could put them on top! Seriously?Then the veggie burger which is supposed to have guacamole in it didnt have any! They brought it separately when I asked and I had to prepare the burger myself. This one was also terrible. Again, Seriously?!Food didnt come at the same time for all the guests.Windows are dirty.The place is too dark, cant even see whats on the menu (Im old) 😉.Please send Gordon Ramsay so that he can fix that mess!Update today July 31.I just realized further to the management feedback that in the past two weeks they got 5 stars reviews every single day... Of course paid and fake ones...Basically very easy to spot, its a 5 stars where they mention the name of the waiters and how amazing they were. Google should filter these things...You should be ashamed. Just serve good foods, stars will come by themselves...

The service was great as we had to make a movie close after ordering - we got our food hot and so delicious!! We got the fajita chicken and beef and the truffle burger. Both are really delish! If youve been craving a truffle fix this is the dish for you and the cheese was amazing ! The beef fajita was way too good

Had an amazing time on my sons birthday. The facility staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Akbar and Mr Chris supported us all time in decoration and setting up the table. All in all it was well organized event.

Rainforest cafe has designed fully in the forest model and so we can have food as we are having from forest. Inside this forest restaurant there are animated animals to spend time with us. When having food we can hear thunderstorms noise also. Altogether they provide us forest ambience. There food also not compromising. Very tasty dishes.

I love this place !!!!! It would every child’s dream of eating in a forest come true! Fun place to come specially when it’s your birthday! They would bring a VOLCANO CAKE with fire works like an explosion!!!! And i had a server called Christin or Chris I think his name was? But he was a really cool guy!! Rainforest is a perfect place if you going out with the kids.The will love the forest atmosphere and will like the animal as well.However, if you really want to enjoy the food, then Rainforest isnt your place. Also the food are kind over priced!

Great experience!! , I had Cobb Salad & Calypso Chicken and the chicken tenders. The food was served promptly and our waiter Aimee was super sweet. The Manger Brix also came to our table to make sure we were satisfied.Make sure not to miss their Cheesecake!!

Just wow! Can’t believe what just happened. Took my family for breakfast. On the menu, under “Shakes” there are all the usual flavours, including mango. It’s been ages since I’ve had a mango milkshake, so both my wife and I ordered that to drink. Two mango juices arrived at the table. I pointed this out to the waiter and he said that they don’t make mango milkshakes. I showed him on the menu that mango was one of the shake flavours. He told me that I was wrong because it does not say milkshake, just shake, so I should not expect it to be a milkshake. We got up and left, because I’m not prepared to hand over my money to reward that level of rudeness.And, just a tip - if you only have mango juice, consider putting it on the menu with the other juices, not under shakes.

I loved it ! The decor is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious! They improved the menu and now its better than it was in Dubai Mall! Definitely recommend and will definitely come back !

Beautiful restaurant I enjoyed my time there truly and my little sister 3 years old begged to come here for the 3rd time or 4th and not to forget to mention the food is very delicious! And watching those animatronics animals move and watching the jungle go crazy is very entertaining when your eating because when you eat everything is interesting and feel committed to do what ever that’s the magic of eating ✨ the decorations on this place is my favorite and I love! The seats and table it has frogs on them and I love frogs! This is the closet rainforest cafa to us and make sure to bring your kids here they will definitely be amused by this attraction restaurant ✨ 10/10 come here And one last thing… Chris is a really good server he served us today a really nice guy and friendly And he served our food fast! We just came to the restaurant to celebrate my wife bday really disappointed about the food we order the beef and shrimp combo.. ribs was so dry and hard same as the steak .. they replaced it the ribs we decided to take it home but it’s the same quality we got and the sparkling volcano desserts is too hard and very rough the texture never come back again to that place..😩😩😩😡😡😡

Only thing good about this place is 4-5 animated animals that amuse kids every few mins. What a disappointment!Much less happening compare to Dubai Mall outlet. Food quality not great. Kids pizza was so poor that the kids did not eat it. Kids chicken nuggets were a few lonely pieces on a big plate that qe right out of the box and did not fill up our daughter. Totally overpriced. Not even a Happy Birthday to our daughter who wanted to come here for her birthday, which we stated when we arrived.Huge disappointment and waste of money.We wont be back!

The place is great for kids, the interiors are creative and fun... however, the food is a disaster. We ordered the shrimp platter and the costa rican salmon, two more main courses and appetizer, the plates were served cold... the crab patty on the salmon tasted horrendous, not to mention the fishy smell. Very overpriced considering the shrimp was frozen! Overall the quality of food was the worst.They really do need a visit by Gordon Ramsay.

A new reopening of Rainforest Cafe in Dubai Festival Mall. Very good atmosphere for children but, the moving animals are less comparing to the closed branch which was in Dubai Mall. Still a great resturant with great food

First time to visit this newly open cafe. I have been a customer at Egypt branch and dubai mall branch but the ambience and the size and the food varieties and also the friendly meet and greet employees made the environment so comfortable and already marked my calendar for one more visit to try their new dishes.

I am in shock... I have never felt this creative on cafes, usually cafes are pretty boring. But this, this was something else actaully poeple should put this on the first cafes list. You can even feel that you are in a real jungle. Even the staff are super friendly ( Chris )
