I came all the way here last night June 19 for a quick checkup because it says they are open until 11pm. And when I came, receptionist just told me doctors signed out already? Its still 10:15 - 10:30 when I came. The two receptionist that night shows me that Im not welcome there. No greetings when I came, no apologies, thats it. No doctors.

The office, nursing and medical staff are extremely efficient, prompt and professional. The medication prescribed was very beneficial and helped cure the illness in no time. Kudos to the entire staff of Mediclinic Mamoora.

I went there on 24.06.2021 Thursday, 6:19 pm for PCR test. Their website saying, it’s until 8:00pm. But the receptionist said, it’s closed because it is Thursday. Don’t trust them guys. Think twice before you go there.

They are very professional and very clean, Im visit there just for covid-19 test ,And Im asked so many questions, even was busy but the reception guy give me a time and a nice answer,So Im respect to all stuff

I came for vaccination and they make me wait more than 45 minutes and they allow patients who has appointments and came after me for half an hour. They will keep doing this if i didnt talk. Bad experience and i will never be here again and i dont recommend any one to come.

The service has a personal touch contrary to other facility providers under the same umbrella.The front office staff, nursing staff and medical staff have smile on their faces which is not found in other locations of Mediclinic.The pharmacy staff is attentive.Overall, the approach is HOW TO HELP and not HOW TO AVOID.

Mamoura branch has been the best hospital observed so far. Appointment system is fast, follow up is good, reminders etc. Appointment does not take much time unlike 2-3 weeks in other hospitals. Staff is courteous and friendly. Doctors are good. Did my family treatment from dentist Dr. Ahmed Bahbouh, really satisfied with his in depth knowledge, approach and treatment. Pharmacy also helpful, only days because of insurance. Valet parking facility. What else is needed. Best cleaning, hygiene. 🙂

From my own personal experience visiting Al Mamora branch I highly recommend visiting this branch in specific because of the welcoming, helpful, and polite receptionists. Specially the tunisien guy, he was so welcoming and showed genuine care and great assistance. Overall, the whole staff seemed very hardworking and sincere towards their job.

Very bad experience. There is no free staff . I came forvitamin d injection when i went to the pharmacy to get it there was many people before me. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for my turn. and when I got the medicine I had to search for nurse to give me the injection . There was no free nurse how come one nurse serve more than one patient same time. How do you open this place with this few staff never come back until you improve the service

From my own experience i can say that is a good clinic especially dr. nsreen she nice person and the guys in reception they were very helpful to help me with my insurance details specially the guy with eyeglasses .i didnt wait long time to meet my doctor .definitely ill recommend family and friends to visit the clinic

I am really disappointed at this new hospital. I came to my appointment and the process to see my Dr. took long time. Also the room was not ready when they still fixing it. I had to leave since i have work and they tried to keep me waiting!As newly opened hospital opened in AD, i think they should improve their customer service process and ensure they not wasting patients time

Dr. Ibrahim Bahbouh, the dentist, is a brilliant doctor I ever seen. He is really clever and kind as well. He actually knows what should be done. Them to book appointment with dr.najah elbaruni in al mamoura branch she told me she is available today till 10:10pm or tomorrow till 6pm so i told her i will you back. At 9:10 i went to al mamoura branch asked about dr.najah and the receptionist which i dont know his name which i think is from morroco told me she is available but cant see me. I asked how and he said its based on her request then i told him that call center called me and he said im sure she told you she is fully booked i told him no he said yes which i dont know what he means does he mean im lying he said no i dodnt say that anyway to cut the story short a lot of talking happened the staff was very rude and mean although i didnt say any bad words or offended him. I dont get it how such a high standard hospital do this to a regular patient given that i came upon dr request to come on 15

I had an appointment to see Dr.Hatem Dalati and I arrived 30mins before the appointment the nurse told me that he’s on break and she was not sure about if he will be back or not, But why would you give an appointment when he’s not available.. Anyway I said ok let’s see what will happen if I waited.. so after a while the nurse came back again and she said if you’re so sick just go to the emergency or if you have stuff to do nearby go tand finish them and we will call you when he’s available.I’m so disappointed because this is unrespectful way to treat your patient otherwise don’t register appointments when he’s not available.

Good doctors but they NEVER let you in on time. You have to wait at least 30 mins after your booked appointment

Ophthalmology and Dermatologic department are excellent! I don’t have anything bad to say about the doctors, the girl in the reception is very kind, the nurses are very helpful, I really like how easy it’s to come here, never had to wait too much; the pharmacy sometimes doesn’t have the medicine the doctor has prescribed and that’s the only problem, happened twice already.
