Appointment system is pathetic. They dont attend you at the right time. Your allocated time gets delayed. They dont give medical reports that easily. The doctors are not good at all. They prescribed very wrong medicines that caused internal bleeding. Not a professional place. Wastes a lot of time.

We went their with my wife for dental check up and cleaning but the cleaning she did was less than 3mins only which is very far from other clinic which is very intensive. First time I experience like that

Covid PCR Test Promotion only AED99

I went there as a walking for my Travel related PCR on 4th Jan 2021 in early morning. There was a separate queue for both Males and Females. After waiting some time they called my name for initial registration and payment of 80 AED. Afterwards, they sent me in clinic for actual test where nurse took my it using nose swap. In evening, I got my negative result and on same date I received my report through email as well. Overall process was very smooth and well managed, so I would recommend everyone for their PCR test.

I’m happy that they are charging just 80 dhs for the pcr test but what disappointed me is that they didn’t provide a separate line for females. They was rude and made me follow the queue with guys. Very bad and rude behavior.

Very Bad experience with PCR test...its been 32 Hrs still awaiting for PCR result.Go to any other hospital they will give result in 8 to 24 hrs max...But they will fool you saying we are doing retest for confirmation.

I was scheduled for second dose for the vaccine yesterday but they told us they ran out of stocks and told us to come back tomorrow at 8:30am. We went there at 7am. The municipality closed the clinic because of the complaints. They were accepting people from different locations even if these people didnt go there for the first dose. I called their hotline. I asked them what to do or where to go and the agent told me i dont know. Because they are from different department.. Then i asked which department should i call, then she replied i dont know. I was not even done talking but she dropped the call. Sooooo rude.Agent is rude. The vaccination system is unorganized. It is a mess.

Very bad expirience im applying as a covid encoder then the filipino with the name of steve that hi is telling he is a boss in al mazroui shouting at me on front of so many people whos applying also there .. that guy was so rude disrespectful. i am lady with my friend he his shouting that not to get my cv and mu friend he was so bad person. this my first time expirience like the i feel im so embarace with with, i hope this kind of staff need to decipline
