Good doctors and friendly nurses. Used to come here for kids vaccinations. Its free. You need to come personaly for the first time to open the file. After that you can book appointments through their call center. Waiting time is almost 1 hour here. Parking space is limited.

Very Good, need some enhacements on appointments and timings.

1- Appointment: doesnt mean much, 30mn delay to start with the registration2- Registration: you receive no explanation and you will be asked to sign many times on the pad without knowing what you are signing for, nor receiving a copy of what you have signed on3- Waiting area and environment: not child friendly. No entertainment/ basic games/ educational activities for kids, not even colouring. There is a TV screen with very limited view.( With kids waiting at a healthcare center, this comes very useful when available)4- Staff: took the nurse 45 mn to enter my sons information on a computer. I had to correct the doctor regarding my daughters vaccination.5- Process: i was given an appointment for my sons vaccine. Ended up not doing it because a test should be done prior to the vaccine. The test isnt done at the center. A referral for the test is even given at a 3rd center ( after a debate, i was given a referral there). The center that does the test doesnt do the vaccine. Therefore we go to the test center ( twice) then have to go back to this place for the vaccine.6- Call center: after the test results , I called and was given an appointment for thursday when the needed vaccine is only done on Mondays. At the registration ( visit N°2) we were informed that the needed vaccine is only done on Monday.. and given another appointment......

Bad, untrained staff specially the reception. The are busy with their phones and never support with proper information , they should leave this job for better people , I have visited three times and faced different staff , but all times the same issue

Keep calling 800 50, and whenever there is 1 person left before me in the call order, nothing else happens. I have called here at least 11 times over the past week, and was on hold for average 17 minutes. It keeps on saying 1 person before me, but no one ever picks up. What should I do?
