I am a student who needed care and was unaware of how the whole medical care system worked, and this clinic was recommended to me. This was the wrong place to have a first time. For one thing the service is horrible. The receptionists were snappy and unhelpful. They did not give me all the documents I needed when I was finished with my treatment (nor did they care if I had them), were very unclear about how much I was paying for my treatment, and I had a very stressful and overwhelming experience. As someone who expects a certain level of care, and service, I was extraordinarily disappointed by this place. Plus its hard to find. And even if you get there early you wait for two hours to be seen because theres a back up somewhere. I would not recommend this place to first-timers. Spare yourself the headache.

Exeter Bone & Joint is an excellent facility and provides great customer service. Dr. Elassuity is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each patient. During a recent back flare up, Dr. Elassuity was able to fit me into his already busy schedule to get me the relief I needed. Great doctors and a specialized hospital.I was suffering from shoulder pain for a long period of time. I consulted Dr. Mustafa Azab there and he diagnozed my problem properly. I have gone through surgery with him and have fully recovered. Follow ups from the Dr. And physiotherapist (Mr. Raza) aided my recovery.I would highly recommend anyone suffering from any kind of bone problems to visit their clinic.All their team are well trained and friendly to deal with. Well organized and punctual, never had trouble with appointments or any issues related to the clinic.

I had a terrible knee pain which was giving me trouble in performing regular day walk and prayers. After having x rays of my knee I ended up with the recommendation of physiotherapy. Dr. Shahzeb Raza did my physiotherapy for knee pain. After few sessions and recommended exercises by Dr. Raza, my knee pain was miraculously gone. I found Dr. Raza a thorough professional with updated knowledge of his field along with latest physiotherapy technics. Couple of my friends also went for physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Raza and all had satisfactory results. Further, latest equipment was used in Exeter Medical Center and overall environment is very friendly.

A bad experience.Waiting for MRI report more than a month and the stuff are not following up with patient. Also for the Physical therapy still waiting since 3 weeks for the approval.

Exeter Medical Center - Abu Dhabi is a specialized Bone and Joint Medical Center offering orthopedic services for the spine, scoliosis, foot and ankle, hand and upper limb, shoulder, joint replacement, sports medicine, pediatric orthopaedic and general pediatrics. The center is also equipped with physiotherapy department and radiology department including the recent Open MRI scan.

Excellent Reception staff, they are doing their best to accommodate their patients requirements and needs. I will not hesitate to recommend them to other people.

Horrible in terms of time management and scheduling. You book an appointment, they tell you the time slot available, you agree, you turn up on time and they make you wait for an hour!!!

They didnt deliver the correct treatment, which ended with me having to go the a different clinic to fix my injury again from scratch.
