I just wanted to say big thanks to Dr Sumayya for being such a nice human first then a doctor.Always very prompt, diagnosis is perfect. She is one doctor I have relied upon all these years in Abu Dhabi.She listens to the problem, understand the patients point of view, then she suggest the best way to make the situation betterShe even takes care of the kids illness so easily.I have had great experience with her regarding my oral infection where other doctor asked me for a surgery but doctor perfectly diagnosed the situation And I was perfectly fine with just few medicines.I always have and will look forward to her consultation.

After a number of bad experiences with dentists and being in a lot of pain, Dr. Firoz has been a blessing in disguise. Ever since my first visit, I knew I was in good hands.He takes the time to explain the simplest of steps and has always treated me like I was his own. I usually prefers Aster and doctors are really efficient.However, recently observing that unneccesary delay in documentation from reception and nurses and no file moving to doctors table even no patient ahead.I would really appreciate this should be review and addressed as early as possible.

The place is located next to khalidiya mall and there is absolutely ample parking free for aster patients and visitors.The best part about this clinic is the amazing fleet of doctors and staff.I personally admire Dr. Sumayya she is perfect for her profession.Not only Dr. Sumayya is polite , but she is very very thorough in her field. She walks an extra mile to make sure her patients get timely treatment.Her diagnosis is accurate and she would easily guide the patient in case of any better treatment.We have been taking her consultation for our kids and multiple times my wife has consulted with her.She is a gem for Aster family and I can recommend her without any second thought for sure.

She goes way beyond her line of duty for us which is highly appreciated and unforgettable. She does not do the regular consultation but actually listens to the patient, checks for any sign/s and diagnosis/advises accordingly. Not bad when you go there, staff are friendly and helpful. Buy Ive called for like 15 times to check my blood test results and they havent replied. I was told a nurse would call me when the results are ready but its been 2 days, these test take 5 hours or max 1 day to finalize.

Queuing system is the worst, appointment system is not followed, what is the point of going on time or earlier if you still need to wait more than 2 hours for the appointed schedule for ultrasound 2 days back. If you want others to respect your time, we need also to learn to respect the time of others.

Waiting line is like crazy. You have to wait for 2 hours before you are able to meet your doctor. And on Friday, Dont bother to come here, because you hve to stand in line outside for an hour before you are allowed to enter. And you have to wait another hours inside.

I had an amazing experience with staff and doctors specially Gynaecologist Dr.Nilofer.She is one of the best doctor i have seen. Aster is the best place to go for your medical treatment.

Nice set up... Nice and experienced doctors... but the reception made me feel sleepy may be due to work load. Waiting time is exaustive. Doctor Maria in general practice department is great.. friendly and experienced. Felt that the set up needs more supporting staffs. Cleanliness and total infrastructure is examplary. Pharmacy staffs need proper socialization in English. But as a whole, it is worth visiting place to get yourself properly looked after and well treated.

Dr .Firoz (Dental Department)and his Assistant Joselyn ,not only a great dentist but a lovely person. Kept me informed and made me comfortable. My teethes are rather problematic and have required considerable attention for a long time .And the best part ,a painless wisdom tooth extraction!!! It was over before I knew it. Highly recommended Dr.Firoz and Sister Joselyn....Great team !!!!!!!!!!

Its a good clinic I just completed pregnancy period of my first child. The staff is really helpful. Dr.nelofer was doing her job very well. Also radiology Dr. Mohmad faiz very helpful. Thanks to them. But I suggest them betr for ladies they should have lady radiology doctor. We feel more comfortable.

Very very very disappointed, actually I had appointment with Dr.sumaiya when I was suffered high fever and stomach pain 10 days back , but the way her reply and behaving I got more irritation compare with my disease, so what am advising you guysDon’t choose aster clinic , if you choose after their treatment you will get disturbance mentally too 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The ultrasound dr definately does not know his responsibility, I waited for his calling my number to do the ultrasound for almost one hour, the dr. just did nothing and no patient inside. what is wrong with him? he is not qualified for being doctocr.

We have been visiting Aster-Khalidiya branch since it has opened in 2019. Have consulted the Pediatrician, GP, gynecologist and Endodontist We are very satisfied with each of the doctors there. All of them are very patient, listens to the problem carefully and explains in details. The clinic is vibrant,well maintained with very helpful staff.

Front office staff isnt cooperative at all....I have keep calling them that its an emergency I would like to speak to doctor...they told doctor will give a call back and I havent received a call so far...it happened more than thrice with me..bad experience

I took off the wisdoms tooth with Dr. Firooz. I didnt notice when it was picked off which I really liked this Doctor. I pick off already 2 of my teeth. And still having the other two to be picked off.

Im using this medium to say that Dr Nillofa is a nice person,infact she is a God sent to me.She is kind,so loving with manner of approach and good heart.To crown it all,she made my journey of motherhood a reality withing 5weeks I met her while I have been trying on my own to conceive for 11month after marriage.

This place has no system.. I had to wait more than 2 Hours to just do a blood test. They referred me to a gp first the dr. Was supposed to arrive at 5:00 pm but she arrived late by half an hour. Then I had to wait more than 45 minutes for them to collect my blood. If only they consider that the people waiting are patients. Horrible 😡

The services are fast and the doctors and nurses are all caring, heartwarming and welcome. Special thanks to Doctor Nilofer my gynecologist, Doctor Azza and nurse Jamila. I had a very bad anemia but Alhamdulillah am feeling better now

I really happy to check with aster clinic hospital, I am suggesting and reffering to all please visit to aster clinic in abudhabi khalidiya, for gastroenterology dept doctor MR.Sabarinathan is checking&carring and the waay of treatment is good ,few days before i have a stomach pain and i went to check other hospitals , still i am feel the pain still there. I received one message from aster clinic ,then i planned to go with that hospital for my stomach pain. When i met Dr.Mr. Sabarinathan he ask me what are the problems i have ,Then i said him i have the stomach pain continusaly then the Dr checked thoroughly, then he have some tablets then the pain gone.So the treatment was really good. A really bad experience, a delay of more than two hours, and the general practitioner cared about one problem and did not care about the other problem and said that they are normal symptoms that are not important, and after asking for x-rays and waiting for 3 days, they called and said they just continued on the medication without mentioning any details about the result of the x-rays and the cause of the symptoms !!! And people are a base close to each other without any regard for the rules of divergence, and the center’s staff is not interested and is at a height of indifference !!!
