During my consultation visit, Dr. Naseeba was very understanding and accommodating. She gave me an ample time explaining to me all different possible treatments and the options available. I left satisfied after all my concerned were tackled. The staff was very friendly and supportive.

This is my first time ever writing a review because its seriously well deserved. Dr Rania Assil is seriously THE BEST MOST PROFESSIONAL DR you can ever meet in Abu Dhabi. My skin had a horrible reaction from tanning and my experience with her and results after my treatment was absolutely exceptional. She is always there whenever you need her and never too busy to answer your call and inquiries. If you ever need a dermatologist, Dr Rania is your guardian angel ! Absolutely amazing. To start off, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I visited Novomed Centre to do my lip filler with Dr. Rania Asil, and she did a fantastic job. She did my lips really nice without giving me that extra pouty duck look giving me very natural immediate results and no bruising on or around my lips. The whole process was very easygoing, everyone was super nice and I walked out of there extremely satisfied. Thank you Novomed for one of the best experiences ever with the best doctor.

I have heard so much about the clinic through ads on instagram and i decided to visit and see for myself. However i am very disappointed that for one, the receptionist was not clear with me when i scheduled my appointment regarding my insurance not being covered. Even though i hold thiqa which should be covered in all private and public institutions. Having said that, clarification for customer is key in order to set the standards for them before they arrive. I was not happy to be honest and i might consider elsewhere especially when the things i wanted to do are not considered cosmetic, such as labs and imaging.

The reception staff arent cooperative and are non professional. They are clueless of what is going on in the clinic, they said that insurance for some issues is covered when in reality it wasnt.

My appointment was on schedule. The ladies at the reception were all pleasant. My nurse Ms. April was very efficient. She explained the procedure very well and made me feel comfortable all through out the procedure. They have the latest machine for fraxel! The facility itself is very clean and smells really nice too. Plus there’s a free valet parking!! Can’t wait to see the result.

Beautiful building and interior. Very friendly and warm staff. Dr.Rania Al-Assil was very nice and explained what she was going to do before doing it, I love my results and I highly recommend Novomed.

Just a money making unit!When booking appointment, they mentioned consultation is covered under insurance, but after consultation of roughly 10 mins, they came up with a bill of 315 saying its not covered. Even if its not covered, 315 is too much for 10 mins consultation.
