I went to the Burjeel, Yas Mall to confirm my booking for my vaccination a couple of weeks back. I was met by two rude female staff sat on the reception desk who wouldnt even let me finish my sentence regarding my appointment, and kept saying weve ran out of stock, but all I wanted to ask was that my appointment was still active or not. They looked at me as if I just came down from the planet Mars; I turned around and left before I stopped myself from being rude back. I vowed I will never go back to that Clinic again!! (Why is there no 0 star rating!? thats what they deserve)

My wife and I did both doses of the vaccination at Burjeel Yas Mall. But now 7 weeks after the second dose Alhosn app does not show that we are vaccinated. It seems that only my second shot was recorded (as the first) and for my wife none was recorded. We went to the branch, phoned every number we could find to phone but still the problem is not fixed.UPDATE: This morning ALHOSN did show the correct status. Thank you

My husband and I got vaccinated here on 13th December and 3rd Jan, but our first dose didn’t show at ALHOSN at all. It seems they lost our record of first dose.

Went for a covid test, 40 min wait for nothing, the system is down, no apologies or at least give me an alternative so I dont waste my time. Seriously, just go somewhere else

Really fed up today. Dear guys whenever you have appointment through online don’t trust them .before you going better double check through their contact number of same branch otherwise you loose your taxi fair.they don’t have proper technical staff ( same like if you Ask chickenBerger From small shop they will say today we have vegetable samosa tomorrow we have chicken Berger plz sir come tomorrow. Then if you go tomorrow they will say sir just our manager told us the Chef is off he is sick leave today they will not inform)At least management should take action about this ,other wise so far they can close

Went for a covid test and was told it was a 5 minute wait. Really, it was an hour wait. When I spoke to the nurse, she said the guy on the front desk lies to everyone, so they dont leave. Terrible customer service. Dont go here.

UPDATE: after my sad encounter at the clinic, I was contacted by the branch manager.. he apologized and him alongside the doctor requested I come back to be admitted ASAP for my lost appointment. I did go back and was received at the door and directly escorted to the doctors office. It was a very unfortunate incident to have to wait, leave then drive back, but the quick action at their side was very appreciated.

If you show up on-time for an appointment your actually 30 minutes early. Don’t expect to be seen right away. Doctors and nurses are good here, but scheduling and appointments are a disaster.

My first baby was born at Burjeel Abu Dhabi so I always had such a positive impression of this hospital. But recently I went to Burjeel at Yas Mall and asked a receptionist lady if they have a dentist here. She said yes and booked an appointment for me. I didnt get any SMS with confirmation but got a call few days before to confirm. On the day of the appointment another lady was at the front desk and she told me that they dont have a dentist at Yas Mall. Turns out my appointment was booked at AL Zeina brunch! ???

Very bad sevice at reception. One guy from india havin bread doesnt know how to talk with customer and after booking the appoitment also iou need to wait more than hour. Service is disasters. But the doctor were nice though. Should remove that guy from recepition i dont know his name but i think mohammed or something. Otherwise all is well.

Worst experience here in UAE with a hospital. V bad customer service...completely unable to book an appointment correctly and they just dont care...will never use them again.
