Honestly, best laser and rev-light I have done in Abu Dhabi, especially with the Tech Nicole, she’s so carful and considerate, I have sensitive skin but I’ve never left with bumps and redness. I’ve seen results immediately and been going for touch ups since 2016. All my sisters and friends at this point go to them as well. I’ve never had to wait as long as I book an appointment and they’re usually accessible. Highly recommend.

I will not recommend to visit the same in case walk in , you will spend the full day for nothing , even if have appointment i need to spend another one hour , overall not recommend place even the doctors are good but worst service

Excellent doctors with an excellent service. If youre a walk-in patient, you might have to wait a little longer as walk-in patients need to respect the scheduled patients, especially with Dr. Fathi, as hes the most experienced ENT Surgeon in Abu Dhabi in my honest opinion. I dont know why people keep complaining and they dont have appointments to begin with!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN ABU DHABI!! I BOOK IN APRIL WITH A DR. AND SHE DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO ME BECAUSE SHE WAS OUT OF TIME, AND PROMISED ME TO CALL LATER (DURING RAMADAN) TO DO THE PROCEDURE,AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE CENTER, THE RECIPIENTS SAID THE ONLY AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT WILL BE IN MAY 30TH!!ALTHOUGH I PAID MONEY AND WAITED FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR LAST TIME AND I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING, BESIDES THE INSURANCE CLAIM AS WELL.

Bad experience with follow up. bad treatment from the physician. I came 15 min. earlier and waited 30 min. after the scheduled appointment for Dr. Fathi. then he let someone without appointment go in before me. when I talked to him. he lied to me and said the patient had an appointment and pushed the door and closed it while my hand is on the door and talking. I dont recommend this place, they dont respect people or their time.

Very bad experience at all. I came 15 min. earlier and waited 50 min. after the scheduled appointment for Dr. Fathi Abu Baker the Exutive Director. They send me a reminder at 7 am, I arrived at at my appointment 15 min earlier, then I knew that he in Operation. After 50 min he showed up a company DOH representative on the medical center, I stoped him politely and I told him that I had an appointment with you at 11 and now it is almost 12 pm, and the Admin officer told him that I am waiting from 11 pm, he told her ok let someone else see the patient. I dont recommend this Medical Centre, they dont respect people or their time.

I loved Dr. Ruba Dermatologist 1 floorShe was sweet and honest.I went in for botox and i loved how sincere she was with me...I highly recommend her to anybody...Btw this building has other doctors and specialties in all in one building.Its clean and they have separate seatings areas for men and women and their coffee is so delicious.

Be prepared to wait endlessly. There is no respect to the patients and their schedules... Came twice 15 mins earlier to my appointment and twice had to wait 30 min + beyond my appointment...If you have time come here, just dont expect the professional curtosy of standard medical institutions.

Frankly, there is no honesty and no respect for appointments. I waited 10 days for the appointment and the person I heard said that he does not have an appointment they entered before and two days later, I was lying to me that he has an appointment until Dr. Fathi did not apologize without response. Dr. Fathi Maher very much and Sharer in his currency is one of the best sinus surgeons in Abu Dhabi. The clinic is clean and parking is available, but they have a problem with appointments.
