The worst experience with this hospital ever, my brother undergone a tooth surgery in Al Salama after which he had to take injection for 4 days , 2 times a day as prescribed by the dental surgeon of the hospital.Every time that I came to the hospital for taking the injection with my brother the hospital authorities saying we don’t have nurses to give injection go to other hospital.My brother was on visit visa we paid for the surgery now they expect us to go to other hospital and pay again because this hospital don’t even have nurses who can give injections.Pathetic management they don’t even deserve to be called themselves a hospital. Even they don’t have anyone in the emergency unit, I wonder how they are still holding their license to operate as a medical facility.If there is a rating below 1 I would like to give them that, maybe negative. These guys will kill people with the way they are managing this hospital.

I am calling the hospital since corona started and nobody is answering. I had a lasik surgery before a year in alsalama hospital abu dhabi. from beginning I didn’t have a clear vision in my right eye. The doctor who did the operation told me u need to wait three months till we can assess the case. Now in both eyes I don’t see clearly. Professional medical centers in dubai said you have 1:25-1:50 astigmatism in right eye and 0:25-0:50 astigmatism in left eye which necessitates me to redo the operation as agreed in the orientation before i did it. In the 3 months I waited, they changed the doctor who performed the operation for me and then changed the lasik HOD. The doctor who is still there said I don’t repeat it coz I wasn’t the doctor who performed it as the same doctor should repeat it for you. I called the doctor and she said i am working in another place now. I complained at al Salama hospital reception and a lady said we will redo it for you. Corona came and nobody is picking the phone since that time. I expected then to be more caring.

OMG it’s been half an hr waiting to get attended on my call but no answer, just the automatic reply. I don’t know if I get answered or No answer. Ok now 40 mins so I will hang up

I want to share one of the worst experience with this dermatologist.Dr eman talat she is so rude and shooting on me while i was asking her to examine my scar.She didn’t even look at me and in very bad mood she was telling me to go as i have more patients.Just she is saying if you need laser book laser session with me.We are living in a world top country UAE and getting such a bad response from Doctor as i waited for her but is so rude I recommend not to ever visit this doctor neither this hospital.Zero service level

I was rushed to their emergency unit on 31/8/2019 at around 6am, since it is nearest to my place... and i am having an intense right abdominal pain and having chills, literally shivering...but due to my insurance card policy which is not accepted in that hospital, i was not accommodated even with a first aid, amidst the view of me in pain, that on duty doctor did not even bother to assess my situation and continued viewing his computer...they even told me that i can be attended only if i pay approximate amount of 3000dhs...A MATTER OF URGENCY and POSSIBLE ENDANGERED LIFE!!! i will never go back to this hospital ever even if will be having a decent insurance next year!!!😡😡😡

I had surgery for my hand on 11.01.20... was suppose to have follow up with the ORTHOPAEDIC doctor 1 week after.. but before that i was getting pain and went 3 consecutive days to see the doctor and everytime they told me doctor not working today..when i visited on 18.01.20 as per my follow up appointment, i came to know that theres no more orthopaedic dept and the doctor left..very weird. They told me they cannot do anything and i was left with a discharge sheet and on my own had to go to another hospital and pay again for all the costs. My concern is, if things like this happens, the hospital management should take full responsibility and take care of their customers/patients by making sure they have the appropriate treatment elsewhere on the hospital responsibility... i am in the hospitality industry and Ill not tolerate such similar situation happening in my working place with the customers.. really bad experience as a sick person...but a big thanks to Mohammad buhari for his professionalism at the reception who apologised for what happened but he was helpless as well..

It was an awful experience. Last Sunday Dr. Fathi abdel read my result that I have hyperthyroid and then he refferd me to Dr. Sawsan Ismael. We’ve reached 4th floor and then the receptionist told us that we’ll be waiting for a long time though there are people who has on queue and those who had an appointment so she suggested we’ll just book an appointment for the next day and we did. On monday we came again at 4:50pm our appointment is 5:20pm. The receptionist said that the nurse will just call us, after some time we’ve waited until 5:30pm the guy on the reception then said we shouldve told the nurse (thinkin’ they would just call us) after we ask the nurse she said to wait unti they will finish 2 patient who arrived late. Like seriously? Time is important and you guys should have been more responsible and consider your patients! I decided to just take my money and transfer to another hospital, when I approach the reception He told me that he’ll get the 10aed and we’ll wait for the change, we’ve waited for 30mins kust to get our change. Is that the kind of hospital people would intrust their lives?? Please if you are In any bad condition or even concerning about your health this hospital is not recommendable.

Worst hospital. Ive been here twice for check-up cos Im having runny nose, chills and fever. At first I didnt care much about how poor the service is but the second time which is today, every move you will make you have to wait for one hour. I came to the reception, 2nd floor and she directly asked me what type of insurance do I have. No greetings at all. She attended me 12:01 and waited for 10mins just to get the slip. She told me to wait and some nurse will call me in room 209. There are only 5 patients waiting. The doctor attended me at 12:56 did the normal like blood pressure, weight and all. I asked if she could advise me some vitamins for me to gain weight and the Doctor just told me wait for the laboratory and well know if you have to take vitamins or not I replied okay. And asked for sick leave form. The nurse replied that ONCE I GET MY LAB DONE, I NEED TO COME BACK UPSTAIRS AND IT WILL BE READY. So I went down 1st floor reception, I didnt get the chance to see the name, gave my slip and asked me 10aed for the laboratory fee. Some patients came and asked if name of the doctor is available but none of them respond. They will look at you stupidly only. The patient asked again if this doctor is available and thats when she responded that the doctor still have a patient. He asked how many patient does that doctor have and she answered one. As if its really busy. After that conversation, I went to the laboratory which there is still patient inside asking how long it will take to get the result. Only these two medreps are very accommodating and approachable so far in this hospital. Blood test everyone will not take 10mins so I came back upstairs knock the door of 209 even if it says Dont Knock and the nurse told me that she will just call me. See? HOWS THE ONCE YOU GET YOUR LAB DONE ITS READY? We are four in total waiting for the call. Almost 130 and this gentleman beside me stand and knock the door. Theres no patient inside at that moment. I have to wait until 1:45, told me the medicines I have to take and didnt advise any vitamins that I specifically asked her. I asked again for my sick leave form and they said that I can get it from the reception ground floor. Oh my god. And I need to come back again for stamp. I came down asked the receptionist and she kept on calling the doctor and the doctor keep on telling her 5 mins more. See how poor the service is? Instead of you getting better youre getting sicker because of the very poor service jn this hospital.Is that the kind of doctor who cares?

One of the worst hospitals i have ever been to in Abu Dhabi. Heights of irresponsibility. I had gone there for an MRI scan two weeks back and I havent yet recieved the results. I called them up atleast 4 to 5 times and their response was very inappropriate and unprofessional.

Highly recommend for kids. Had my daughter visit for another problem but hearing the cough Dr Aiman Al Fahmy had a clue she was suffering from pneumonia which turned out to be true in the test reports. My second kid had growth problems and Dr. Hala came into help. Now she’s growing well.Also had a great experience with Dr. Poonam, the dentist.Their nurses and admission staff is also very helpful. My daughter has been hospitalized and the stay was really comfortable.

Doctors very professional, but some nurses and receptionists act like they work for free. Physiotherapy department has never answered the calls. Lady nurse let patients wait until they complain, with an excuse she has been calling them from her room, through the hall. They expect patients will hear it with all the noise in the busy and crowded waiting room. Also, there is only one doctor, so if you need to see her, you will wait for more than an hour in afternoons and evenings.

The staff named Sheriff does not possess professional etiquette. He was very rude! He wants the patient to suffer on their staffs fault. by the way that he wants the problem to be resolved, he wants the patient do something. This is a very traumatic experience. I was treated like a thief!He will also keep on talking even you are still talking! I was really humiliated. Im having a hard time to get over with it.

Poor customer service.receptionist from orthopedic department is very unprofessional, i can say even the doctor.tell me why would you let the number 9 comes in first where the number 8 is still waiting and is sitting in front of you.remember you are dealing with patient who are suffering from any pain or disease.

One guy working in Lab. Doesnt know how to respect the old guy ( patient) . I was there and suddenly he shouted at him telling him to get out.!! Im not the only one who heard it. Worst staff ever seen in my life. they gave me an appointment and when I reached the hospital they told me that the doctor is blocked from my insurance company (biggest insurance company in Abu Dhabi). They did not offered any solution except for giving me an appointment next week with another doctor without showing any apology or any other action towards the situation. their staff are rude and unable to handle customer frustration.

From the worst medical services, I was going to the hospital to enter the abdominal doctor Al-Risbaan. He said that it was necessary to go to the general doctor. I waited more than 50 minutes to enter the abdominal doctor.
