This is my 2nd time I visit the ACDS medical center and the doctor Fayez for my arthritis.

I did Covid test at 5pm and i finish registration and they took the sample and I finished all of that in 3 minutesAt 8 pm the result come and with scan code for travel . it was fast 💪🏻

Visited the center to check on my eyes with Dr. Sameena. everything went smoothly, the Doctor was very helpful and she knows what she is doing. I will definitely come again.

This medical facility greatly lacks organization starting from elevator lines till seeing the doctor (for your own appointment). I had to wait for more than an hour for my appointment for the sole reason that “there are too many patients.” These being walk ins mostly cramming those who took appointments week earlier. They simply should stop this system and only accept appointments like any other functional medical institute. Dr. Makki Fayadh is one of the best gastroenterologists and worth waiting to meet. However, the lack of organization and priority to appointments will WASTE your time waiting.

Great Covid test facility. Very fast, friendly and efficient. The results came within 4 hours. Thank you Maria.

1- Apparently ACDC don’t take the reviews below under consideration, all reviews are related to staff unprofessionally behavior.2- The worst place where you pay for PCR test, be treated as its favor and do not get your result.3- If I can I would rate this place as zero for PCR test staff.I went there and took the elevator with other three guys. We went inside together stopped by the registration and the registered the three guys when it was my turn they asked me for a ticket number which they do really follow i took a ticket and waited for my number to be call while all the five registration desks where free and the staff where chatting. I asked when I will be registered since you aren’t calling number so register because I saw the three guys did the test and left the place while I am still waiting. After 15 minutes the registered me and I did the test but I haven’t received the test result.

Its not my fist time here, and i still see the same mistake, the staff are slow and they dont go by the numbers... its not my problem is the patient infront of me is a family or traveling soon, am also doing a PCR because i need it, please tell your staff that patients are not your friends that you can make them go even if its bot their turn.So disappointed

Had Very bad experience when I went to take RT-PCR test in ACDS. If you were providing a free test, I could understand the reason for your employees unprofessional behavior but I was there to take a test by paying 65 AED. Please please please Authorities please change your employees in the PCR test area as you can never imagine how bad and unprofessional they were towards to me and to other customers who were there at the time I went... I kindly request the authorities to look into it very seriously.

I am calling them to please them and give result as early as 3 pm but sadly up to now there is no result. Disappointed very much.

HiAm very disappointed for the unprofessionalism and irresponsibility towards your patients.Let me introduce myself ;Am Achraf Osman and i had a very bad experience with the center and with the all staff dealing with my case, and even the doctor who is Salem Awad shows irresponsibility.I have been waiting for the hospital to call me for endoscopy since more than a month and I was promised by the supervisor that they will call as soon as possible and according to the supervisor they raised it to Oman bupa insurance.I have raised my issue several times to fasten my endoscopy as am in pain and I called two times my insurance company and it was approved since 4 June 2021 and no-one even tried to call me and none of the hospital staff even cares.I have reported my case to the Ministry of health and i will my share my experience in facebook and all social media.Really shame..

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Salim Awad from Gastroenterology department. Even though he had so many patients before and after me he was so kind to explain the problem, lay out the possibilities of potential problems, and inform about treatment types and procedures. I highly recommend him for gastric and hepatic problems.

One of the worst clinic who have service home pcr test and copy IDs wrong and ended up patient waiting their result in alhosn.

Radiology has given me every details. Azhar who is an MRI technologist gaved an outstanding job in helping me in doing my MRI procedure. Thanks a lot from him and acds.

Just now called them to inquire regarding PCR testing and its result duration ..I didn’t experience such a worst experience from a customer care service..didn’t allow to ask the further questions, just for one question a lady answered and hang the phone while i was talking..Please,an Reputed Place like this must be more concerned of Customer Service employees too..

It is my first time to visit here today. and surprisingly it is a hidden gem of health establish ment in Abu Dhabi. The staffs are great and I must say that the doctors there are really well experienced and does not do short cut during consultation. 1 star missing because they have to improve there queue system. It takes forever I dont know whats with but they need to find out how to make the queue easier for everyone rather than we all breath deep while waiting for forever ...fast service over all.

Went to do swab test yesterday(Friday). With only one staff doing the swab test, u can see more than 20 people waiting. Some of them waited more than one hour. And I waited 1 hour to do the swab. They should put more staff to do the swab test when lots of people are coming

I went with wife and it looked Shady. As no rules were following by any staff. They look unprofessional. We gave swab and they give “positive” PCR result in 4 hours which is impossible.. as I had doubt with my result so I went straight to SEHA same time and had PCR, today morning got Negative report. And I had done another PCR from Another well known hospital. Alumdulilah I got from there also Negative report.So guys plz plz seriously I advice don’t do your PCR from there just because they are cheap.

Absolutely awful service , booked an appointment for 4 pm and waited for over an hour until my mother saw the doctor, no social distancing the place cannot accommodate many people in the clinic yet they still allow a lot of people in and only to find put 2 other patients were given the same appointment time as my mother, very poor in terms of appointments and time management. Worst experience I have ever had in a clinic, will definitely not visit again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. They clearly don’t value patients time and have no problem cluttering a bunch of people in one clinic in the midst of a pandemic. Very disappointed.

The service is a bit slow. Doctors don’t start on time. For example, last time my appointment was at 4, I entered at 4:45.

Giving this center a 4 star rating just because of the parking system and elevator, but over all experience im satisfied. When I did my PCR test, everyone is accomodating especially the philippino nurse that took my swab Mr. Wenson very polite. Id always do my pcr testing with him very gentle. Hell help you on the process. Goodbless to our frontliners

I had bad experience today from security at ground floor, he doesn’t know how to treat patients no politeness and during opening time at 9 am he was acting as a arrogant and shouting.However hospital service is ok

Good clinic. I recommend their IM and OB. Although my Optha was no longer here, I keep coming to this clinic because of professionalism of Doctors, Nurses and even the admin personnel. Im hoping that their laboratory will open earlier (6 or 7am) like it was used to before (not 11am ).**Unfortunately, both my IM and Optha were no longer in this Clinic, and when I called they dont have any replacement and wont give where she was transferred. Hope they will get new good Doctors and contact their patients.

I have wai(s)ted 3 hrs for a follow up today and no actions shall be taken if you place a complaint also.Please understand the time is precious and patients are not to be suffered for your disorganization.Behave politely to each patient, they are to be treated as your clients, not slaves.

It was a bad experience to enter this place , and waiting for a long time to get my consultation , and i was smelling very bad smell there , so i wont repeat my visit never , plus the rooms are so narrow and no enough distance , too much stuff there , but very crowded , thank god that i wont come back

Terrible service and unprofessional management! They don’t pay respect to people’s time!!! They even lie to customers when they call for appointments as they say we don’t have availability for booking but we accept Walk-in! When I said i will come only for appointment even if it’s going to be late they say you can come between 3 to 6 pm!!!! This show that they don’t have appointment system and they just lie to people by saying appointments are full but you can come for walk-in!!! I just decided to drop off this medical center and look for more professional clinic

Based on my experience i can say that they have Excellent customer service. They have a great team specially to the Gastroenterology department to Dr.Abdulhadi Quadri he is a highly recommended doctor and to the rest of his team. Receptionists are well trained and very helpful specially to Mr. Keshav.

Rubbish! They don’t value patients time; appointment delays are inevitable both in mornings and evenings.

I came in the center frustrated and sick, so before you can go through the OB Department, you have to under go with the GP. So I waited for 45 minutes, after getting inside and spoke with the Dr. Fayez Taha about my medical history (diabetes and asthma), he uttered these three words where I could not really forget Very unfortunate, right?. How could a Medical Practitioner speak that way? Very unethical. Of all my experience in the Medical Visit, this is the worst!

Even though you are here after making an appointment to avoid waiting time, they never mind to let you wait in the order of arrivals at the reception desk.Therefore minimum waiting time of at least 1.5 hours is compulsory always.

I have experience with them in the PCR examination only.A nurse was so good at inserting a plastic stick into the nose that I dont think she got it.Among its negatives: the elevator is one small vacant and crowded.This is my visit to the center.
