Mike is very professional & experienced mechanic. He has done a quite solid job on my Audi A8. Since I purchased my car (used) Missak has been my only go to garage. Over the past year and a half, they have repaired and upgraded the front end, and wheel bearings, along with engine maintenance upkeep. Mike.Khederian and his crew are attentive to the needed car repairs, and reasonable in their charges. I will continue to use them, and only them, for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WORST service center ever. The main mechanic has some skill but the others are just dolls and have no clue on what they are doing. And they are greedy for your money.First the untrained workers made a short circuit in my car, damaging one computer module. Then they deliver the car without even doing an inspection. On delivery, the car was having multiple issues, including non-functional headlights, which they overlook before delivery. But they did not forget to charge for the inspection, and btw, their labour charge is so high that one can hire them directly. For a regular servicing, oil change, wiper blade and brake pad replacement, they charged 750 AED as labor charge; apart from another 250 for the never performed computer check and error fix.Later they are giving excuse that pre-existing condition and water infusion has caused the short circuit. Now, after getting the module by my own, they are asking for another charge to attach it to the car.

Missak was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to go there for suspension fix.A rare-find honest mechanic, told me what needs to be done and, most importantly, whats not required (that others recommended). Happy with the outcome. Will definitely return for regular service. Thanks.

The place doesnt look like much but after a recommendation weve had an engine oil leak and AC fixed on one car and suspension bushes replaced on another at a third the cost of just parts from main dealer. They also admit when they are not best placed to do something. Very pleased, thanks.

In the days that followed, there was constant communication regarding the source of problem, repair action, and repair cost. Habib is very honest. He updates me by sending WhatsApp Videos of the problem found, then he went to look for second-hand spareparts and give price for new vs second-hand. I have found my favorite garage, surely will go to them again for regular maintenance. I dont have new car, this service is for old 2002 Land Cruiser, but im happy with them. They replaced my power steering rack and now my Cruiser drives and feels better, no more vibration 👍🏻

I purchased a second hand Chev with loads of problems that i was unaware off. After car started overheating i took to Missak Auto Garage checking service rating on google. The team did a proper check and discovered they have to replace head gasket, timing chain links, thermostat and cv boots covers. Not only did they collect and return my vehicle at no cost, they inspected my air conditioning system for free and found it to be fully functional and did not charge me a single dirham for their time. I offered to pay but the garage said that since they did not have to carry out any repairs or replacements, they would not charge me anything. The owner Mike and his team are great! They’re always ensuring I get my car issues fixed the cheapest way, not just throwing money at changing parts but by using elbow grease and knowledge. For instance, I had a steering rack leak. Instead of changing the rack, he changed the rubber packings instead. It took him more foot work to find the correct kit but his brain is big enough to store so much information. He is a hero to say the least. Visit his shop if just to meet this man of culture!
