In Abu dhabi branch , please change the guy who is on the front desk who gives numbers. He looks like his wife kicked him of his bed and he is so angry and just want to fight with customers who pays huge amount if money so you would pay him salary 😊

I have had very bad experience with Kia Service centre as usual. Customer services team is very unprofessional and uncooperative. I have recently done full service for my car which cost me a fortune however, it was not worth it at all. Condition of my car after service cost of almost AED3,500 can be seen in the pictures. Service agent (Manahal counter#4) did not even explain me the condition of my car after the services. Please do not waste your time and money here. I regret that I decided to try them again even after few bad experiences earlier.

I came here at 9 30 am to give my car for service but till 10 50 am i waited for my turn. Car service is okay but staff here is very slow or overburdened. Just to give car for service should not take more then 10 mins but its taking more then 1 hr. Which is unacceptable. You should improve efficiency and release customer in 10 to 15 mins if its a normal car service.

Kia has been always reasonable for their maintenance service price. Also i would like to thank your customer service Mr. Menhal in mussafah for his always support and nice greeting. I have been dealing with him since 4 years + and has been always satisfied with the service. Keep it up KIA

Quality of Car servicing should improve its way below standards, I had issues with my KIA Sportage but was not resolved 😞, not happy at all, two stars given is only for the helpful nature of the front desk but what can they do, they can voice your concern, the service team needs to understand and solve the issue

The place is very unreliable and has slow service. I brought my car here twice and was not satisfied at all with the service. Delay and poor quality. The second time they broke my ac while I brought it for a regular service and tried to charge me to fix it. I will never bring my car here

Great front desk, good reception and relaxed environment.Services by Appointment is good idea, however; why not stick to the service appointments especially when someone over take the appointment Que.Location is also a nightmare, especially if you take your car after 5pm, be prepared to spend one hour getting out of Mussafah.Normally, there are many Taxis waiting outside, no need to book, just drop your car. However there is no clear explanation why you have to wait because you are a walk-in, as many times all agents are available but seems busy with other things, cant understand tgat since they are Customer Front desk

Very poor front last sunday up to day 7 days waiting for a response from their side to follow up with my problem , they did not call. If out of insurance then they do not care about how to serve you .

Bad servicesTheir warranty staff is unprofessionalAnd not educated.We have warranty book and they clearly mentioned for outside windshield crack is out of warranty and from inside its under warranty.Now try to convince the staff that the crack is from inside and they are keep ignoring the reason of manufacture fault.Car is almost 2 months waiting!!!

Very bad service! Team with low technical skills! Not able to solve simple problems! The policy is not to get the customer’s satisfaction but to let him do as much work as possible to suck his money! It’s a wast of money and time, never going back again.

My expectations have definitely gone down for Kia in general. This is my 3rd time at this dealership in less than 2 months. Either they are practicing on my car or Kia is not worth the money I spent. I figured I would make an appointment for my car this time. That didnt matter because it just sat in the front like a regular walk in. Im a little nervous because Ive had the same ac problem for a while. First they changed the compressor and some other items, then I brought it back a couple of weeks later because it wasnt working again. The receptionist said it was a bad computer chip. So this is my third time back. I have definitely had a better experience at the Kia dealership in Al Ain in my opinion. One of the things that ticked me off was I tried to have a good attitude but the receptionist said something in his language when I tried to explain about my appointment and said I would wait for my car.I dont know why he seemed a little upset(my car is the one not working)🤔Why not just cancel the appointment system. What is the point of making an appointment if its not honored. I wonder does he speak to the locals like this?.........I guess in life you get what you pay for.

Wonderful experience. I couldnt get an appiontment as my car issue was very sudden but they were so generous to accommodate me. Mr. Menhal Hassan is a great Agent. My car issue lasted over 5 hours of repair but they kept checking on me and sending me refreshments. Very great service. I strongly advice you to look for Menhal he has been helping me for two years already!

7 customer counters, and only 2 are working. Ive been sitting for 45 min to give them my car for service . And actually that was my first time dealing with kia motors services. Thats will never happened again. Its a mistake I bought a kia car unfortunately. The bad service i ever seen. No one cares about the customers and the employees are doing nothing. Just walking there and drinking tea.
