I recently moved to Abu Dhabi four months ago. I decided to ship my baby (Audi Q5) so I can have her here with me. It took almost 3.5 months for my car to arrive. When it finally arrived, I discovered that they had drained my battery and somehow killed my AC. After a 12 minute drive in 117°F weather wiping burning sweat out of my eyes, I quickly realized that I needed this fixed ASAP. I contacted a few shops but German Experts quickly responded with their hours and to bring the car to them. No appointment required. When I arrived at German Experts, their high quality service was immediately noticed. My service advisor, Hanna Petrenko, gave me the best service I have ever received from an auto repair shop. Her service was so good that I had to learn how to say thank you in Ukrainian just to show how much I appreciated her help. She walked me through the entire process. She informed me that they would conduct a full diagnosis of my vehicle. Once complete, she provided me with a full report and included quality pictures of the issues. She was able to clearly explain everything and answer all of my questions. While discussing the estimate for the work to be done, she told me the parts would need to be ordered from Germany and would take up to 21 days before they arrived. I couldn’t wait 21 days so she informed me that I could provide the parts but they wouldn’t be covered under the shop’s warranty. Luckily, I was headed to the United States so during my trip, I ordered parts, had them delivered to my hotel and packed them in my suitcase and brought them back to the UAE with me. The day after I returned, I took my car and parts to GE, Hanna confirmed that the parts were a good match and I went home. Within a few hours, she contacted me to let me know that my car was repaired. The next day, I picked my car up where I was met by Ibtissam. Upon arrival, she already knew what I was there for, gave me my keys and some water and helped me finalize the transaction. She was incredibly proactive considering I had never met her before. It was great. Hanna met me and we discussed the details of the repair and she told me to let her know if there were any issues or if the AC did not get cool enough. I saved a lot of money by providing the parts myself but the total estimate for parts and labor was cheaper than I would have gotten from a dealership in America. Great prices, great customer service representatives, pristine garage/shop area and amazing attention to detail. I usually hate taking my car to shops and opt to repair things myself but I will have no problem giving my money to German Experts. They were that good. I highly recommend this shop if you have a vehicle that you care about. You will be cared for, your vehicle will be cared for and you will save money. I’m a happy customer.

Had them change the fuel pump gasket due to a developed leak in my car. They changed also the fuel pump filter (same part). They charged me 3 times the market price..the garage is good to be fair, but the price was not reasonable considering they had worked on the same part and charged me 3 times the labor charge. Something to be looked at by the management and considered in case anyone plans to go there.

I have done full check up for my car.it’s was poor service and lack of communication along with poor of the quality and wrong timeframe in the job done.I think the company need to have a right person in the right place along with decision maker to resolve the issues.

From my car servicing experience, they are No 1 in Abudhabi in terms of car service and customer experience. They spoiled me by picking and dropping my car from home every time. Their packages are very competitive and affordable.

UPDATE: GE provided excellent service after my car was damaged. They have fixed the bumped completely and it only took 3 days! I took my car in for tires and instead of lifting it like most places they tried to repair it on the ground and damaged my front bumper! My car was in good condition prior to taking it to German experts. Though they have owned up to the damage and repair I’m extremely disappointed and angry because they’re supposed to be experts, who handle my car with care and professionalism.

Although this place is not very cheap ( comparing to other garages in Mussafah), it easily comes in 2nd after the Mercedes garage. Its service is professional, my account manager Ahmed was very helpful, was always in constant communication with meand went over & beyond to make my experience with GE seamless. Highly recommend.

I asked them to look at my air conditioning only as I was in a hurry, they said it would take 2 hours. It took 6 hours, I paid over 600dh for them to tell me I needed to spend over 10000dh to fix the AC. When they finally gave the car back the inside was full of glass as they had smashed an item in my car. They said this was done while testing the brakes - it definitely wasnt as I have been driving with this item in the car for a year and it isnt possible for it to move around the car to break. I didnt ask them to check the brakes, they gave me nothing to sign which stated they were going to test the brakes or that if they damaged items in my car they were not liable - they took the car no questions asked, nothing signed.They returned the car to me full of broken glass and paperwork in my boot was soaking wet. The manager finally called days letter and was unprofessional and rude saying they are not liable, he didnt even offer an apology for the situation - he has no idea how to talk to people and definitely shouldnt be in management.I took the car to Elegance Auto Maintenance just round the corner who also specialise in German Cars, they fixed my car in less that 24 hours perfectly, I paid half the price and their service was brilliant. DO NOT use this company, they overcharge and under deliver.The best part... if they had taken responsibility for the damage and provided good service I would have paid the 10000dhs to fix the car as what do I know??!! So actually, thanks German Experts for the terrible service, you saved me 5000dhs :)

Deteriorated massively from one of the best garages for servicing premium cars to a poorly managed garage with poor quality service and technicians. Few days back around 8pm I called at the customer care where representative confirmed that I can visit the garage since I needed to fix my car on an urgent basis. However, when I reached there I was told that all the slots are already filled and was not being entertained despite been confirmed before hand. This whole experience caused me lot of trouble.

I brought my Audi RS4 in with a number of issues (engine light, brakes, scratch and dent repairs) - the service I received was absolutely outstanding Ahmed Was my mechanical technician and Islam did the bodywork - both highly professional with excellent customer service and communications skill, who are both very passionate about the brand, the company and doing the most outstanding job. I called for an appointment on maintenance inquiry & quotation to bring my car. They was No clarity from them.I wanted to check if they had the parts ready before bringing my car.They asked me drive all the way to the workshop to ask this information. When I mentioned that Im at work and its not feasible to go to the workshop just to ask this question, they said that they are open until 1am and I can come at that time.I would not recommend this place. just a waste of my time.
