I brought my car in for a major service and was very happy with the results. The service advisor (Mr. Aliyas) was very professional and explained the servicing that will be done. He also kept me updated on the progress. The car was received after 2 days and was running smoothly.

I needed a new bumper. Dealing with CarMate was delightful - friendly, efficient, and reliable, with clear communication. They did the work I needed in a third the time and at a third the cost of another shop from which I got an estimate. And, the work they did was impeccable.

Went for wheel alignment. They charged me 157/- AED. Job done in professional manner.I was with family - they have nice sitting place. I had one minor problem of annoying noise in suspension, it was rectified without additional cost.Coffee was offered to us, which was free of charge.Place is cool and well mainted. Parking is surely no problem.I recommend this place to anyone having any problem in car. U will surely get a good advice.

Went for regular maintenance service...before going got a call back from Mr Aliyas for a query I had posted through their website...the work and cost was clearly discussed and appointment given...took about 2 hrs for the regular service...was told that additional work if required..like changing brake pads, AC repairs and body work would be done in their Musaffah workshop and would take at least a days time. Overall satisfactory service.

I did painting of my car bonnet, top and fender. seems good and need to wait for summer to see the quality.Cost wise not expensive.But if you are too picky about minor things i dont recommend. When i get car back there are white dots in other body parts for which Mr. Umesh didnt have any explanation and cudnt rectify it. Since its old car I didnt mind.My washer tube connector is also broken which they didnt say and I found the next day. but they fixed it the next day.so am happy to get the quick service inside the city. i suggect them to take a little bit extra care so that they can retain the good name.

GREAT location! Good service for light mechanical work but major service will be done in Mussafah. They are a bit pricey for the computer diagnostics but they do give you a printed copy.

Got the back brakes done. Their employees are very professional especially who Iam dealed with (Shabin pushparaj) and informative. They go above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs their auto repaired at a reasonable rate

Washed my Ford Ranger, very polite helpful staff, could not have been more helpful, however the vehicle wash was done in a bit of a rush! I’m now having four new tyres fitted with wheel balance and ailment, so looking forward to seeing how this job is done. I will give another rating for this job once completed 👍

Had to get new tyres for car registration.Fitted with minimum wait time but being on site of the testing station, is a little expensive.

Went in for a a pre-purchase inspection, they were on time within the hour, they provided an estimate for the things they are able to work on. The mechanic explained as much as he could, wished he went into a bit more detail. But overall I am satisfied with their work, other body shops I went to were not on time as this one, which I appreciated.

Had visited this place, based on the mostly positive reviews on Google. I was dealing with Mr. Shabin who got the vehicle checked and explained to me the required repairs to be done to my car. Budget friendly. They finished the job on time and washed my car as well. Good team out there! Keep it up! Will do my oil change and maintenance with these guys going forward. Ive got rid of an irritating squeaky noise coming from rear lower side of my car that drove me crazy for many months with help of carmate, they were able to instantly spot it out and diagnose it, got the car back in a day (due to parts not available in AD so they got it from Dubai) .. Price is fair .. especially that they saved me long trip to the workshops area in Musaffah who asked for even higher price .. I had great experience with Carmate Auto Repair service yesterday. I had to change the tyres of my vehicle and absolutely no knowledge about it. The staff was patient and honest on answering all my questions. I didnt have the feeling that they were trying to trick me to spend more money which I appreciate. Quality of the service is great, price is reasonable and good staff.
